Imanaga did not factor into the decision Monday, allowing three runs on two hits, three walks and a hit-by-pitch over six innings against the White Sox. He struck out 10.

Imanaga logged a quality start, during which he racked up double-digit strikeouts for the third time this season. All of the damage came via a Randal Grichuk three-run homer in the fourth inning. In six outings since the All-Star break, Imanaga has posted a 2.55 ERA, 0.99 WHIP and 35:5 K:BB across 35.1 innings. Overall, the southpaw owns an 8-9 record with a 3.77 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 140:32 K:BB in 143.1 innings (25 starts) and is tentatively scheduled to pitch Sunday against the Mariners.

Sanchez (16-4) earned the win over Miami on Monday, allowing one run on eight hits and three walks while striking out six batters over six innings.

Sanchez held the Marlins scoreless until the sixth inning, when he gave up one run on two hits and a walk. That ended up being his final frame despite the fact that the southpaw was at a modest 90 pitches upon his departure. Sanchez had to sweat things out a bit as Philadelphia's bullpen gave up four runs over the final three innings, but the All-Star hurler ultimately was rewarded with his MLB-leading 16th victory. While Sanchez hasn't been quite as dominant since his 50.2-inning scoreless streak came to an end in early June, he's still been one of the league's top hurlers and is rolling along right now, posting a quality start in five of his past seven appearances. He's also struck out at least six batters in every start during that span, and he'll look to keep that streak going his next time out, which lines up to come at home versus St. Louis.

Bell went 2-for-3 with a double, two RBI, a run scored and a walk in Monday's 4-2 win over Atlanta.

Bell provided instant offense, poking a ground-rule double to plate a pair of runs as part of a four-run first inning. The veteran switch hitter has reached base safely in 20 straight contests, including seven multi-hit efforts over that stretch. Overall, Bell is slashing .256/.318/.424 with 16 homers, 74 RBI, 62 runs and a stolen base in 121 games.

Walker went 5-for-9 with two doubles, two runs and a stolen base across both games of Monday's doubleheader split with the Reds.

Walker logged a pair of knocks in Game 1, then outdid himself with three hits in the nightcap. He's strung together three consecutive multi-hit performances, going 8-for-13 with four doubles and a homer during that stretch. Walker has been one of MLB's breakout stars this year, compiling a .289/.347/.500 slash line with 24 home runs, 88 RBI, 75 runs and 17 stolen bases through 122 games.

Gomez picked up the save Monday against Atlanta. He allowed no hits and a walk with no strikeouts over a scoreless inning.

Entering with a two-run cushion, Gomez surrendered a leadoff walk but was able to retire the next three batters to secure the victory. The right-hander has consistently delivered when called upon in the ninth inning, converting all 18 of his save opportunities, 17 of which have come with the Twins since being acquired from the Rays in early May. On the year, Gomez owns a 3.31 ERA, 1.34 WHIP and 50:29 K:BB across 54.1 innings, including a 1.95 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 37:19 K:BB in 37 frames with Minnesota.

Myers went 3-for-5 with a pair of solo home runs across both games of Monday's doubleheader against the Cardinals.

Myers provided Cincinnati's only run in Game 1 with a fourth-inning solo homer. He began the nightcap on the bench but appeared as a pinch hitter with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning and the Reds down by a run. Myers came through in a huge way, swatting his second solo long ball of the day to tie the score. The power outburst was pretty unexpected given that Myers hadn't homered in 51 games coming into Monday. In fact, entering the twin bill he was batting a meager .139 (5-for-36) through his first 11 contests in August. He's been in the starting lineup in six of the Reds' past nine games, so Meyers has mostly been allowed to work through his slump.

Perez (8-7) took the loss Monday, allowing four runs on nine hits and two walks over five innings against the Twins. He struck out three.

Perez ran into trouble early, surrendering four runs in the first frame. The southpaw was able to churn out four scoreless innings afterward, though the damage was done to saddle him with the loss. Monday snapped a three-start streak in which the 35-year-old logged 16 scoreless innings, with his season marks now sitting at a 3.15 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 83:45 K:BB across 111.1 innings (24 outings). Perez is tentatively scheduled to pitch Saturday against the Brewers.

Yorke went 2-for-4 with a double, three RBI and a run scored Monday against the Tigers.

Yorke was recalled from the minors Sunday and has made consecutive starts at third base since. He's taken advantage of that opportunity, going 4-for-8 with six RBI in the two contests. Nevertheless, Yorke is likely to settle into a utility role now that Oneil Cruz has been activated from the injured list.

Ohtani is scheduled to throw another bullpen session Tuesday, Jack Harris of the California Post reports.

Ohtani stated Monday that his knee felt healthy following Friday's bullpen session, and he's optimistic that the injury is a thing of the past. Assuming all goes according to plan Tuesday, the 32-year-old will continue to ramp back up as a pitcher with the hope of returning to the mound down the stretch of the regular season and in the playoffs.

Pallante allowed four runs on 10 hits and one walk while striking out five batters over six innings in a no-decision against Cincinnati in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader.

Pallante allowed plenty of traffic, but only one of the 10 hits against him (a double) went for extra bases. He held the Reds to just one run through his first five frames but faded in his final inning, when he gave up three runs on four hits. Still, the right-hander did his job by lasting six frames to help protect a bullpen that deployed five relievers in Game 1. Length has been a strong point of Pallante's of late -- he's now completed six-plus innings in four of his past five starts. While he's by no means setting the world on fire, Pallante has quietly shown considerable improvement over last season by recording a respectable 3.57 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 97:41 K:BB across 136 innings over 24 starts. He's lined up to next take the mound on the road against Philadelphia.
