X-rays on Williamson's left hand came back negative following his removal from Friday's game against the Angels, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Williamson took a 98.6 mph sinker off his left hand in the sixth inning of Friday's contest, but he seemingly escaped the incident without any severe damage. Manager Kevin Cash added that the 25-year-old could play Saturday, though the Rays may err on the side of caution and give him a day off to recover.

Okamoto went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during the Blue Jays' 6-5 win over the Orioles on Friday.

The Blue Jays couldn't figure out Trevor Rogers through the first six innings of Friday's game, but Okamoto propelled Toronto's comeback with a two-run homer off the veteran southpaw in the seventh inning. Okamoto has gone deep in two of his last three games and is up to 12 home runs on the season, which leads the Blue Jays and is 13th most in the American League.

McAdoo went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run during the Blue Jays' 6-5 win over the Orioles on Friday.

One day after being called up from Triple-A Buffalo, McAdoo was in a major-league starting lineup for the first time in his career, as he manned second base while batting sixth in Friday's AL East contest. He struck out in his first plate appearance before fouling out in the fifth, but McAdoo made his mark in the seventh inning with a two-run homer off Trevor Rogers to reduce Toronto's deficit to 5-4. Even though he started at second base, McAdoo has played mostly first and third during his minor-league career, so his presence gives the Blue Jays a valuable utility man while Lenyn Sosa (wrist) and Addison Barger (elbow) are on the IL.

Guerrero went 2-for-4 with a two-run double and a run scored during the Blue Jays' 6-5 win over the Orioles on Friday.

Guerrero gave the Blue Jays the lead for good in the eighth inning, when his double off Yennier Cano brought both George Springer and Ernie Clement home. Guerrero has logged two hits in three of his last five games and has reached base safely in each of his last 11 appearances. Over that span, he has gone 12-for-34 (.353) with two steals, one home run, five RBI and eight runs scored while drawing eight walks.

The Dodgers transferred Snell (elbow) to the 60-day injured list Friday.

Snell missed more than a month at the start of the season while working his way back from shoulder fatigue, and he's now due for another extended absence after undergoing surgery on his left elbow Tuesday. He remains without a firm return timeline, though moving to the 60-day IL will force him to remain sidelined at least through the All-Star break. His 40-man spot will go to Santiago Espinal, who re-signed with the Dodgers on a major-league deal Friday.

The Dodgers placed Hernandez on the 10-day injured list Friday with a left hamstring strain.

Hernandez was diagnosed with a Grade 1 hamstring strain earlier Friday, and manager Dave Roberts said that the 33-year-old outfielder doesn't have a timeline for his return. Alex Call will start in left field for the Dodgers on Friday but could split reps with Ryan Ward, who was recalled from Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Murakami was removed from Friday's game against the Tigers with right hamstring tightness.

Murakami got hurt while running to first base to try to beat out a double play. He's slated to undergo further evaluation to determine the severity of his injury, after which more will be known about how much time, if any, he'll have to miss.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said Friday that Dreyer (shoulder) will not go on a rehab assignment and will be activated from the 15-day injured list when eligible June 1, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Dreyer landed on the 15-day IL in mid-May due to left shoulder discomfort. The extended rest appears to have been enough to warrant a minimum stint on the IL for the left-hander, who is tracking toward being available out of the Dodgers' bullpen for their series opener against the Diamondbacks on Monday. Prior to his injury, Dreyer posted a 2.08 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, three holds and a 24:6 K:BB across 21.2 innings.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts told reporters Friday that Hernandez was diagnosed with a Grade 1 hamstring strain and does not have a timeline for a return, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Hernandez is expected to go on the 10-day injured list after injuring his left hamstring during Wednesday's game against the Rockies. The Grade 1 diagnosis indicates that the strain isn't considered severe, but a lack of a recovery timeline is concerning for the veteran outfielder. With Enrique Hernandez (oblique) also sidelined, Alex Call and Ryan Ward are both candidates to see more reps in the outfield.
