Raleigh (oblique) could be ready for a rehab assignment during the Mariners' June 5-14 road trip, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports.

Raleigh has been ramping up all of his baseball activities in recent days as he works his way back from a right oblique strain. He will remain in Seattle for the time being to continue workouts as the team departs for its road trip, but it sounds like Raleigh could be ready for rehab games next week. Raleigh has missed the past three weeks of action but should be ready to return to the Mariners' active roster by mid-June, barring setbacks.

Miller (shoulder/back) will resume throwing off the mound this week, Cody Snavely of DodgersBeat.com reports.

Miller suffered a right shoulder injury early on in spring training, and he revealed Tuesday that he then dealt with a back injury that slowed his throwing progression. However, Miller noted that he's progressed well since then and is "getting stronger and stronger." Miller's career has been sidetracked by injury and poor performance the last two years, and it's unclear whether the Dodgers will have him work as a starter or reliever at Triple-A Oklahoma City once he's ready to report there. He was moved to the bullpen last July at OKC but held a 5.52 ERA and 31:20 K:BB over 31 innings in a relief role.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts revealed Tuesday that Stone has been unable to ramp up his throwing without feeling soreness in his surgically repaired right shoulder, Cody Snavely of DodgersBeat.com reports.

Stone was shut down for several weeks after feeling discomfort following his first Cactus League appearance. He resumed throwing in early April at the team's spring training facility in Arizona, but according to Roberts, Stone's shoulder issue "sort of shows itself again" when the hurler attempts to advance in his throwing program. Roberts added Tuesday of Stone that he's "not sure exactly where he's at in this progression," but clearly he is not going to be an option in the majors anytime soon.

Vientos is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Mariners.

Vientos will head to the bench for the second time in the three-game series with Seattle while he's mired in extended slump at the dish. Over his last 12 games, Vientos has slashed .146/.167/.244 while drawing no walks and striking out at a 26.2 percent clip. The Mets will go with Jared Young at first base in place of Vientos on Wednesday.

The Mets recalled Gerber from Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday.

New York will bring Gerber aboard to give the bullpen a fresh right-handed arm heading into Wednesday's series finale in Seattle. The Mets optioned right-hander Jonah Tong to Triple-A to make room on the active roster for Gerber, who previously struck out five batters over a two-inning appearance in his lone outing of the season at the big-league level back on April 13.

White Sox manager Will Venable said Wednesday that Schultz (knee) remains sore and isn't ready to throw a bullpen session, James Fegan of SoxMachine.com reports.

He's able to throw on flat ground, but the right patellar tendinitis that sent Schultz to the 15-day injured list last week is still keeping the rookie southpaw away from the mound. Schultz is eligible for activation next week, but it seems unlikely he'll be ready by then, which could mean an additional start for David Sandlin.

The Reds recalled Marte from Triple-A Louisville on Wednesday

Marte will rejoin Cincinnati after being optioned to Triple-A on April 13 after posting a .332 OPS over his first 11 MLB games of the year. In 160 at-bats in the minors, the 24-year-old was slashing a scorching hot .369/.409/.575 with eight home runs. To make room for Marte on the big-league club, TJ Friedl was optioned to Louisville.

The Reds optioned Friedl to Triple-A Louisville on Wednesday.

Friedl posted a .742 OPS over 152 games in 2025 while serving as the Reds' primary leadoff man, but he's seen his productivity at the dish crater this season. The 30-year-old has slashed a lowly .179/.259/.256 over 178 plate appearances thus far in 2026, with his struggles resulting in the Reds scaling back his playing time in mid-May and dropping him down to the bottom of the lineup during his starts. After holding Friedl out of the starting nine for the last three games, the Reds have now decided to send him back to Louisville with the hope that he returns to form while getting the chance to play on an everyday basis. Cincinnati recalled Noelvi Marte from Triple-A in a corresponding move.

Naylor (back) will start at first base and bat third in Wednesday's game against the Mets.

Naylor will make his return to the starting nine after he exited with back spasms in Monday's series opener and then sat out Tuesday's 8-3 win. The Mariners will hope that the brief absence won't disrupt Naylor's rhythm at the plate; over his last eight games, the 28-year-old has gone 10-for-33 (.303 average).

Abel (elbow/triceps) is expected to throw live batting practice Thursday and could soon start up a rehab assignment, MLB.com reports.

Abel landed on the injured list in mid-April due to elbow inflammation and then received a cortisone injection for soreness in his triceps in early May. The 24-year-old is likely to require a handful of rehab starts in the minors to build his arm back up, so he should not be expected to be back with the Twins until late June at the earliest.
