Gomez (shoulder) was activated from the 7-day injured list June 20.

Gomez missed nearly two months of action while on the mend from a right shoulder strain. He's made two appearances for Triple-A Columbus since being activated, surrendering two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out 14 over eight innings.

Clevinger (knee) was activated from the 7-day injured list Sunday.

Clevinger landed on the injured list April 13 due to a right MCL sprain. He's since completed a rehab stint in the Florida Complex League, and it didn't take long to find his way into a game at Triple-A Indianapolis, where he allowed one hit and struck out two across a scoreless frame Sunday against Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

McNeil is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Dodgers.

With a lefty (Eric Lauer) on the bump for the Dodgers, the left-handed-hitting McNeil will be given a break after he started in each of the Athletics' last five games. Joshua Kuroda-Grauer will replace McNeil at second base and will bat ninth.

Williams will start at shortstop and bat eighth in Monday's game against the Dodgers.

Williams will cover shortstop for a fifth straight game after going 4-for-15 with three runs and two RBI over the previous four contests while filling in for Jacob Wilson (thumb). With the Athletics moving Wilson to the injured list Monday, Williams' run atop the depth chart could be extended, though he'll have to fend off Tripe-A Las Vegas call-ups Darell Hernaiz and Joshua Kuroda-Grauer for playing time.

Myers was carted off the field during the bottom of the fourth inning of Monday's game against the Brewers after colliding with the outfield fence, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports. He went 1-for-2 with a double and an RBI prior to leaving the game.

Myers made a spectacular catch on a line drive out to the warning track, but he collided with the wall after securing the baseball and was unable to leave the field under his own power. The nature of Myers' injury is unclear at this time. TJ Friedl entered the game in center field following Myers' departure.

Freeland is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Athletics.

Miguel Rojas will receive the start at second base as Freeland moves to the bench after going 4-for-17 with a double, three walks and five runs while covering the keystone in the Dodgers' previous five games. With Los Angeles bringing Teoscar Hernandez (hamstring) back from the injured list Monday, utility man Tommy Edman's opportunities in the outfield could become more limited. Edman could end up poaching more starts from Freeland at second base as a result.

The Dodgers optioned Ward to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Monday.

Ward will give up his spot on the active roster to Teoscar Hernandez (hamstring), who was reinstated from the 10-day injured list in a corresponding move. After Hernandez landed on the shelf May 29, Ward had received a look as the Dodgers' primary option in left field, but he ended up being relegated to a bench role for the team's last three games after struggling to produce over the past couple of weeks. Overall, Ward slashed .204/.278/.469 with three home runs, 11 RBI and eight runs in 18 games during his latest stint the big leagues.

Sugano isn't expected to make his next start until the Rockies' weekend series versus the Giants at Coors Field while he tends to a finger injury, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

After claiming victories in four straight starts, Sugano's winning streak came to a halt last Friday, when he was charged with a season-high seven earned runs over five innings in a no-decision against the Twins. Sugano may have been battling the finger injury at some point during that start, prompting the Rockies to give him at least an extra day or two of rest before he slots back into the rotation. The right-hander owns a 4.80 ERA, 1.32 WHIP and 48:23 K:BB over 84.1 innings with Colorado on the season.

The Rockies are expected to activate Gordon (hip) from the 15-day injured list to start or pitch in bulk relief Tuesday against the Marlins at Coors Field, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.

Tomoyuki Sugano is nursing a finger injury that will result in him being pushed back in the pitching schedule a few days, so the Rockies will have an extra spot in the rotation this week that will likely fall to Gordon. The right-hander had posted a 6.37 ERA and 1.56 WHIP in 35.1 innings over nine appearances (two starts) with the Rockies before landing on the shelf June 5 due to a right hip impingement. Gordon covered four innings and 38 pitches in his lone rehab outing with Triple-A Albuquerque last week, so he could be in line for a light workload if he does in fact start for the Rockies on Tuesday.

Chisholm was removed from Monday's game against the Tigers in the fourth inning after a collision with teammate Jasson Dominguez, Chris McCosky of The Detroit News reports. He struck out in his lone plate appearance before leaving the game.

Chisholm was down on the ground for a while following the collision and then was evaluated by team trainers while he was taking a knee. He appeared to be getting checked for a concussion after his head made contact with Dominguez's elbow. Oswaldo Cabrera came off the bench to step in at second base in place of Chisholm, who can be viewed as day-to-day until the Yankees provide an update on the nature of his injury.
