The Mets reassigned Clifford to minor-league camp Tuesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Clifford spent most of last season at Double-A Binghamton, where he slashed .231/.359/.456 with 18 home runs and 58 RBI across 404 plate appearances. The Mets may send Clifford back to Double-A to begin the 2025 season, though he likely isn't too far away from a bump up to Triple-A Syracuse.

The Mets reassigned Tidwell to minor-league camp Tuesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.comreports.

Tidwell most recently threw two perfect innings -- one of which was an immaculate inning -- Saturday in a Grapefruit League game against the Rays. However, the 23-year-old righty finished last season with a 5.93 ERA and 1.56 WHIP over 85 innings in Triple-A, so the Mets will keep him in their farm system until he can demonstrate more consistent success over an extended period of time.

The Mets reassigned Williams to minor-league camp Tuesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Following a 2024 season that saw Williams deal with wrist and ankle injuries, he appeared in seven Grapefruit League games this spring, going 2-for-11 with an RBI, a run scored and four walks. The 21-year-old prospect will most likely begin the 2025 campaign at Triple-A Syracuse and could crack the big leagues later this season if he can return to pre-injury form.

Graveman (back) underwent imaging Monday which came back clean, Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports reports.

Graveman will receive treatment for what manager Torey Lovullo described as mid-back tightness. There's still plenty of time left in camp for relievers to be ready for the regular season. Graveman, who racked up 24 saves during a three-year stretch from 2021 to 2023, will be a depth piece in Arizona's bullpen.

Sproat was reassigned to minor-league camp Tuesday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

Sproat made a good first impression, tossing a pair of clean innings while touching 99 mph in his first-ever Grapefruit League appearance last Friday. A second-round pick by the Mets in 2023, Sproat is now considered by many to be the top pitching prospect in the organization, though he struggled to a 7.85 ERA in seven starts with Triple-A Syracuse down the stretch last season. The right-hander will look to improve upon that number and earn his way onto the Mets' 40-man and 26-man rosters this summer.

Burnes focused on his breaking pitches during Monday's start against the Cubs, Alex Weiner of Arizona Sports reports.

Burnes, who elevated his pitch count to 47, made his third Cactus League start and used it to hone his offspeed stuff. The right-hander said he still has some work to do overall but was pleased at how well the breaking stuff played.

Grichuk started in left field and went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Monday's spring game against the Cubs.

Grichuk returned to action after being scratched Saturday due to back tightness. He made an immediate impact, homering in his first at-bat. The right-handed batter had a strong season in a part-time role for the Diamondbacks in 2024, when he recorded a .914 OPS against lefties.

Smith was removed from Tuesday's Cactus League game against the Reds after getting hit in the left knee by a pitch, Fabian Ardaya of The Athletic reports.

Tack on another lower-body injury for Smith, who just made his spring debut last week after beginning camp behind schedule due to a bone bruise in his ankle. He can be considered day-to-day for now, though the Dodgers will presumably take a closer look at him to confirm he didn't suffer any serious damage.

After going 2-for-3 in Tuesday's Cactus League game against the Padres, Amaya is now batting an even .500 this spring.

Amaya is 9-for-18 with a home run and two RBI so far in Cactus League play. The 25-year-old is slated to split time behind the plate with offseason acquisition Carson Kelly this season, though Amaya could seize a larger share of playing time if he continues to show progress as a hitter. He finished with an OPS below .700 each of the last two years but flashed more offensive upside as he came up through the minors.

Allen went 2-for-2 with three RBI and a run scored in Tuesday's Cactus League game against the Padres, and he is batting .533 this spring.

Allen has gone 8-for-15 in the early going with a home run, a stolen base, six RBI and six runs scored. The veteran outfielder joined the Cubs on a minor-league contract last month and will presumably serve as organizational depth during the season, though he's making his case for an MLB role early on.
