Alcantara did not factor into the decision in Wednesday's 10-8 win over the Padres, allowing six runs on seven hits and four walks with no strikeouts over four innings.

Alcantara unraveled in a disastrous fourth inning, allowing seven baserunners and five runs. He managed just one swinging strike on 71 pitches and failed to record a strikeout for the first time since 2019. The former Cy Young winner has now surrendered at least four runs in six consecutive starts. He owns an unsightly 8.47 ERA, 1.67 WHIP and 40:29 K:BB across 51 innings and can't be relied upon even in a favorable home matchup against the Rockies next week.

Gallen (3-7) took the loss against the Pirates on Wednesday, allowing six runs (five earned) on six hits and three walks with three strikeouts over five innings.

Gallen entered the sixth inning with a shot at a quality start but was unable to record an out and was ultimately charged with three runs in the frame. The 29-year-old has now allowed at least four earned runs in four consecutive outings and in seven of his 12 starts this season. He'll take a disappointing 5.54 ERA, 1.40 WHIP and 66:32 K:BB across 66.2 innings into a road matchup with Atlanta next week.

Skenes (4-5) earned the win against the Diamondbacks on Wednesday, allowing four hits and no walks while striking out seven over 6.2 scoreless innings.

Skenes threw 67 of his 96 pitches for strikes and racked up 15 swinging strikes, recording multiple whiffs on six different offerings. The 23-year-old has delivered five quality starts in six May outings, yet this was his first win since April 25. He'll carry a 2.15 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 77:18 K:BB across 75.1 innings into a home matchup with the Astros next week.

Frelick went 4-for-5 with two runs scored in Wednesday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Red Sox.

The Boston native wrapped up a three-game series against his hometown team having gone 6-for-10, although all six knocks were singles. While Frelick will never be mistaken for a power hitter, his 30.8 percent hard-hit rate in 2025 is a huge improvement on last year's 19.5 percent mark -- second-lowest in the majors, ahead of only Nicky Lopez -- and it's fueling a .294/.362/.401 slash line with three homers, 10 steals, 18 RBI and 22 runs in 54 contests.

Durbin went 2-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI in Wednesday's 6-5 extra-inning win over the Red Sox.

The rookie infielder had multiple extra-base hits in the same game for the first time in his career, but it was Durbin's walk-off sacrifice fly in the bottom of the 10th inning that was the decisive blow. After a 4-for-45 (.089) slump to begin the month of May, Durbin seems to be finding his groove, going 11-for-36 (.306) over the last 10 games with five doubles, three steals, four runs and eight RBI.

Peralta came away with a no-decision Wednesday, giving up three runs on six hits and three walks over five innings in a 6-5 extra-inning win over the Red Sox. He struck out six.

The right-hander piled up 108 pitches (69 strikes) as he failed to last six innings for the fourth straight start, and Peralta served up a homer for the third consecutive outing when Ceddanne Rafaela got hold of a 94.8 mph fastball in the second inning. Despite his inefficiency, Wednesday's performance was only the third time this season in 12 trips to the mound that Peralta has been tagged for more than two earned runs. He'll take a 2.77 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 66:26 K:BB through 65 innings into his next start, which is scheduled to come on the road early next week in Cincinnati.

Ramos went 3-for-5 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 4-3 loss to the Tigers.

The 25-year-old outfielder took Jackson Jobe deep in the fifth inning to give the Giants a 3-0 lead that quickly evaporated in the bottom of the frame. Ramos has been on fire in May, batting .345 (30-for-87) with six of his 10 homers on the season, along with 14 runs and 18 RBI in 23 games this month.

Roupp (3-4) took the loss Wednesday, giving up four runs (one earned) on five hits and two walks over four-plus innings as the Giants fell 4-3 to the Tigers. He struck out seven.

The right-hander extended his scoreless streak to 16 innings by blanking Detroit through four frames, but things fell apart for Roupp and the Giants when a Matt Chapman error put Jake Rogers aboard to lead off the bottom of the fifth. The seven Ks represent Roupp's best performance since he racked up nine strikeouts against the Angels on April 19. He'll take a 3.54 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 56:20 K:BB through 56 innings into his next start, which is likely to come at home next week against the Padres.

Scott (0-1) took the loss and blew the save Wednesday as the Dodgers were downed 7-4 by the Guardians, surrendering four runs on three hits and a walk over two-thirds of an inning. He struck out two.

Called in to protect a 4-2 lead with two outs in the seventh inning, Scott got the final out of that frame but fell apart in the eighth, putting the first three batters aboard before serving up a game-tying single to Nolan Jones before being replaced by Alex Vesia, who promptly surrendered a three-run homer to Angel Martinez. While he wasn't used in a save situation, it's the third time in his last five appearances that Scott has been charged with a blown save, a stretch in which he's coughed up nine earned runs in 4.2 innings. He now carries a 4.62 ERA on the season despite a 1.11 WHIP and 28:3 K:BB in 25.1 innings, and with five blown saves against 10 successful conversions, his job at closer could be in jeopardy, especially once the likes of Kirby Yates (hamstring) and Michael Kopech (shoulder) come off the IL.

Kershaw came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 7-4 loss to the Guardians, allowing one run on six hits and two walks over five innings. He struck out three.

The veteran left-hander tossed 42 of 74 pitches for strikes before exiting the mound with the Dodgers in the lead, but a blown save from Tanner Scott denied Kershaw his first win of 2025. It was the first time in three trips to the mound that Kershaw has lasted five innings, although his prior outing was cut short by rain. He'll take a 4.91 ERA and 6:6 K:BB through 11 innings into his next start, which lines up to come at home next week against the Mets.
