Pederson went 1-for-2 with a walk and was hit by a pitch in Tuesday's 1-0 win over Cincinnati.

Pederson had a first-inning double but was stranded at second base. The lefty batter is off to a slow start for his new team with Tuesday's double being just his second hit in 15 at-bats.

Langford went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 1-0 win over the Reds.

Langford's solo shot in the first inning held up as the decisive run, as neither team could do much with the bats. He had two of the game's eight hits and the home run was the second of the season for Langford, who had a game-tying homer in Sunday's 3-2 win over Boston. The outfielder has hit safely in five of six games so far this year, going 7-for-23 along with a walk and three runs.

Hoffman picked up his second save in Tuesday's 5-3 win over the Nationals, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning.

Hoffman needed just eight pitches to set the Nationals down in order. He's had no trouble yet in three appearances early on, allowing just two hits with a 4:0 K:BB.

Berrios allowed two runs on four hits and three walks while striking out eight over 5.2 innings Tuesday against the Nationals. He did not factor into the decision.

Berrios looked sharp after a rough season debut. He struck out four of the first six hitters he faced and completed five scoreless innings. Keibert Ruiz tightened the gap with a two-run single, and Berrios was pulled at 95 pitches after walking the next hitter. Berrios will aim to pick up his 100th career win in what's looking like a road matchup against the Red Sox next week.

Smith allowed two runs on two hits and four walks while striking out three over 5.2 innings Tuesday against the Twins. He did not factor into the decision.

Smith cruised through 5.2 scoreless innings but got cut short of an opportunity for a quality start after walking back-to-back hitters. The Twins then rallied for five runs off Penn Murfee, taking away an opportunity for a win for Smith in his MLB debut. Smith generated lots of soft contact and showcased legit stuff. He lines up for a road start versus the Guardians next week.

Altuve went 1-for-4 with a solo home run Tuesday against the Giants.

Altuve has primarily made headlines for his defensive alignment early this season, and he's now started four of five games in left field. He's also performed well at the plate, beginning the campaign with a five-game hitting streak. On Tuesday, he delivered his first home run and extra-base hit of the year and is now 7-for-18.

Maton went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Tuesday's loss to the Twins.

Maton pushed the Sox ahead 3-0 in the fifth with a solo blast to left field. The early power is promising, though his only two hits in 11 plate appearances are solo home runs, both coming out of the leadoff spot.

Sosa went 3-for-4 with a double Tuesday against the Twins.

Sosa made an early impression by slugging a home run on Opening Day. However, he was hitless across his last eight plate appearances entering Tuesday's action, and he now has four hits across 16 at-bats for the season. Sosa has started four of five games at second base with Josh Rojas (toe) sidelined.

Diaz went 1-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored Tuesday against the Pirates.

Diaz reached base multiple times for the first time this season and came around to score on each occasion. He's gotten off to a slow start across five games, recording three hits across his first 22 at-bats. Nevertheless, he should continue to serve as the Rays' primary leadoff hitter.

Bader went 1-for-1 with a three-run homer in a win over the White Sox on Tuesday.

Bader cemented the Twins' first win of 2025 with a pinch-hit blast to left field in the ninth to put them up 8-3. He has two homers on three hits in 12 plate appearances in the early going.
