Correa was favoring his left hand/wrist after taking a swing in the fifth inning, and he had to leave the game without finishing his at-bat. If the 30-year-old infielder ends up needing to miss any amount of time, Brooks Lee would be next in line for more starts at shortstop.

Wallner was removed from Tuesday's game against the Mets due to left hamstring tightness, Betsy Helfand of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.

Wallner was able to leg out an infield single in the first inning of Tuesday's contest, but he tweaked his hamstring in the process. It's unclear if the 27-year-old outfielder will need to miss any time due to his injury, though he may miss a game or two to avoid playing through any lingering soreness.

Triple-A St. Paul placed Miranda on its 7-day injured list Tuesday due to a left hand strain, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

The 26-year-old was optioned to Triple-A over the weekend but will shift to the injured list before seeing game action with St. Paul. According to Bobby Nightengale of The Minnesota Star Tribune, Miranda suffered the injury on St. Paul's off day Monday while he was shopping and grabbing for a case of water. Miranda had hit just .167 over 12 games with the Twins prior to his demotion.

Pederson is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Angels.

Pederson is hitless in his past 24 at-bats and has gone 3-for-49 through 14 games this season. Jonah Heim will serve as the designated hitter against Halos lefty Yusei Kikuchi while Kyle Higashioka starts behind the plate.

Stewart began a rehab start at Single-A Fort Myers on Tuesday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

Stewart experienced a setback in his recovery from a left hamstring strain earlier this month, but he now seems to have bounced back and has the green light to test his hamstring in a competitive setting. The Twins haven't said how long they plan on keeping the 33-year-old reliever in the minors, though a return date may be set once he makes a few rehab outings.

O'Hoppe isn't in the lineup Tuesday against the Rangers due to an illness, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

O'Hoppe dealt with a stomach bug during the Angels' day off Monday. He's reportedly feeling better now, but the team will keep him on the bench Tuesday just to be sure. Travis d'Arnaud will pick up a start behind the plate as a result and bat fifth.

Burger is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Angels due to an illness but may be available off the bench, Shawn McFarland of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Burger started the previous four contests but will sit for the second time this season due to the ailment. Ezequiel Duran will take over at first base and bat eighth against Halos lefty Yusei Kikuchi.

Orioles general manager Mike Elias said Tuesday that Basallo (hamstring/elbow) could be ready to serve as a designated hitter with Triple-A Norfolk within a couple weeks, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

He would then be ready to resume catching sometime in May. Basallo is sidelined by a mild left hamstring strain and also has some right elbow inflammation. The top prospect put up an .868 OPS with a pair of home runs in his first seven contests with Norfolk before going on the 7-day injured list.

Orioles general manager Mike Elias said Tuesday that Bradfield (hamstring) should return to action at Double-A Chesapeake by mid-May, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Elias referred to Bradfield's mild left hamstring strain as "not a huge deal," but it sounds like the injury will wind up costing the speedster at least a month or so of action. Bradfield had a 1.032 OPS with two stolen bases in his first six games with Chesapeake before getting hurt.
