Red Sox manager Alex Cora confirmed Monday that Bello (shoulder) will be activated from the 15-day injured list to make his season debut Tuesday against the Mariners, Gabrielle Starr of the Boston Herald reports.

It's been the target date for Bello for a while and can now be written down in ink. The right-hander posted a 7.07 ERA in four rehab starts but posted a much more encouraging 21:4 K:BB over 14 innings. Bello didn't pitch in any games this spring and had a high pitch count of 71 during his rehab assignment, so his workload will be limited a bit initially.

Palacios is not in the lineup for Monday's game in Boston.

Palacios has been drawing most of the starts in right field against right-handed pitching of late, but he'll take a seat for this one versus Red Sox righty Walker Buehler. Michael Taylor is in right field and batting eighth for the White Sox.

The White Sox selected Dalbec's contract from Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.

Dalbec, 29, has slashed .326/.354/.696 with four home runs this season with Charlotte to earn a promotion to the big club. He could see some action at designated hitter for Chicago and is capable of handling all four corner spots defensively.

The White Sox transferred Perez (elbow) to the 60-day injured list Monday.

Perez landed on the 15-day IL on Friday due to what was labeled left elbow inflammation. While the White Sox haven't revealed the results of an MRI, Perez being moved to the 60-day IL suggests the southpaw might be dealing with additional damage to the elbow. He won't be eligible to return until mid-June.

The White Sox placed Meidroth on the 10-day injured list Monday with right thumb inflammation.

Meidroth had to be scratched from Sunday's lineup due to the injury. He revealed Monday that it's something he's been dealing with for a few weeks, dating back to when he was still at Triple-A Charlotte, per Scott Merkin of MLB.com. It's unclear how long he might be sidelined. Chicago is likely to use Jacob Amaya and Lenyn Sosa as its primary middle infielders while Meidroth is sidelined.

Vaughn is absent from the lineup for Monday's game in Boston.

It's a day off for Vaughn, who had started every game since April 4. Nick Maton is covering first base and batting leadoff for the White Sox, while Andrew Benintendi is getting at start at designated hitter.

Quero will start at catcher and bat cleanup in Monday's game versus the Red Sox.

Quero split starts with Matt Thaiss in the first four games after his promotion, with both of the switch-hitting rookie's starts coming against left-handers. However, he is in there versus righty Walker Buehler in Monday's series finale and has also been elevated to the cleanup spot. Quero is 4-for-11 with two doubles and two RBI in his first 12 plate appearances.

Meidroth (thumb) remains out of the lineup for Monday's game in Boston.

Meidroth had to be scratched from Sunday's lineup due to right thumb inflammation. He did appear as a defensive replacement Sunday, so it appears swinging a bat is the biggest issue for him. The White Sox have Jacob Amaya at shortstop and Lenyn Sosa at second base in Monday's series finale.

Rafaela is not in the lineup for Monday's contest versus the White Sox.

Rafaela started the first three games of the series but will get a breather for the finale on Patriots' Day. Jarren Duran will shift over to center field, while Rob Refsnyder is getting the start in left field and batting eighth.

Ramirez went 1-for-4 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Sunday's 5-4 extra-inning win over Pittsburgh.

Most of Ramirez's offensive contributions came in the seventh inning, when he had a two-out single, stole second base and scored on Kyle Manzardo's home run. Ramirez was recently dropped from the second spot in the order to third, which has helped a pair of slumping outfielders; Lane Thomas and Nolan Jones snapped hitless runs out of the two-hole. As for Ramirez, his bat plays anywhere. He's 4-for-11 with two walks, two steals, one RBI and three runs scored since manager Stephen Vogt tweaked the order.
