Bregman went 3-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 6-5 loss to Detroit.

Bregman -- who entered Wednesday's contest 1-for-11 with four strikeouts in his three prior games -- gave the Red Sox a 2-1 lead in the fourth inning, when he took Tarik Skubal deep to left-center field for a solo home run. Bregman has hit a home run in consecutive games and is up to 11 on the year, which is tied with Wilyer Abreu for most on the Red Sox and fourth-most in the American League. Bregman has a .981 OPS through 199 plate appearances this season, which is his highest since the 2019 season with the Astros (1.015).

Dobbins did not factor into the decision in Wednesday's game against Detroit, allowing five runs on nine hits while striking out four across five innings. He did not issue a walk.

Dobbins was able to limit the Tigers to two runs over the first five frames. He was brought back for the sixth inning, but he was unable to record an out and was tagged for three more runs, highlighted by a two-run homer by Riley Greene. It was the most runs Dobbins has given up in a start this season, and his efforts Wednesday brought his ERA and WHIP up to 3.90 and 1.30, respectively, over 27.2 innings. It looked to have been his last run in the Red Sox's rotation due to the impending return of Walker Buehler (shoulder) next week, but Tanner Houck (forearm) was placed on the 15-day injured list Wednesday, which prompted Boston to recall Cooper Criswell from Triple-A Worcester. It remains to be seen whether Dobbins or Criswell will serve in the Red Sox's rotation while Houck is on the shelf.

Sweeney went 1-for-2 with an RBI single and a sac fly in Wednesday's 6-5 win over Boston.

Sweeney put the Tigers on the board in the second inning on an RBI single and tacked on another run in the sixth on a sacrifice fly. Sweeney has logged at least one RBI in each of his last three games, and since the beginning of May he has gone 19-for-47 (.404) with three home runs and 13 RBI.

Skubal allowed five runs on seven hits and one walk while striking out 11 over 6.1 innings, but he did not factor into the decision in Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Red Sox.

Skubal limited the Red Sox to two runs through the first six innings and looked to be on his way to earning his sixth quality start of the season. He was brought back for the seventh frame, but he was lifted after allowing three consecutive baserunners and was tagged for three more runs. Skubal still managed generate 21 whiffs on 95 pitches (67 strikes) and tallied double-digit strikeouts for the third time in his last four outings. The 28-year-old southpaw is in line to face the Cardinals on the road next week.

Vest (3-0) worked around two hits to pitch a scoreless inning of relief and earn the win in Wednesday's 6-5 victory over the Red Sox. He struck out one.

Vest now has two wins over his last four appearances out of the bullpen, and he's already tied his career high with three wins overall this season. The veteran righty has been locked in with a 1.80 ERA, 1.05 WHIP and 23 strikeouts across 20 innings. Vest has four saves as well, and while Tommy Kahnle is also in the mix at the end of games, the former has established definite fantasy value so far in 2025.

Arozarena went 0-for-2 with a stolen base and was hit by two pitches in Wednesday's 3-2 loss to the Yankees.

Arozarena was no worse for wear after the two plunkings, as he stayed in the game in left field. The outfielder has gone 7-for-24 (.292) over eight contests since last week's injury scare due to a minor hamstring issue. For the season, he's stolen nine bases without getting caught. Arozarena has added a .236/.385/.414 slash line, five home runs, 20 RBI, 18 runs scored and 10 doubles over 40 games.

Greene went 3-for-4 with a double, a two-run home run and two total runs scored in Wednesday's 6-5 win over the Red Sox.

Greene connected for his 10th home run of the season and fourth this month in the sixth inning. The outfielder is trending upward with a .304 batting average and .994 OPS in May. For the season, Greene is now batting .273 with an .823 OPS to go along with 27 RBI across 42 games, and he should continue to occupy a prime spot in Detroit's lineup moving forward.

Castillo allowed a run on six hits and two walks while striking out six over six innings in a no-decision versus the Yankees on Wednesday.

Castillo wasn't at his sharpest but still kept the Yankees off the board until Jasson Dominguez's RBI double in the sixth inning. This was Castillo's fourth quality start of the season, three of which have come over his last four outings. The six strikeouts matched his season high, but he also continued the trend of walking at least two batters in every start so far. He's posted a 3.65 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 39:20 K:BB across 49.1 innings through nine starts in 2025. Castillo is projected for a much more favorable matchup on the road versus the White Sox next week.

Goldschmidt went 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Wednesdays' 3-2 win over the Mariners.

Goldschmidt was out of the starting lineup, but he delivered the game-tying run with his seventh-inning solo shot as a pinch hitter. The first baseman is 9-for-24 (.375) over his last six games, adding two homers and five RBI in that span. For the season, he continues to offer steady offense with a .346 average, .901 OPS, five homers, 22 RBI, 27 runs scored and three stolen bases across 177 plate appearances.

Judge went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Wednesday's 3-2 win over the Mariners.

Judge put the Yankees ahead with his eighth-inning blast. He's on a six-game hitting streak, going 12-for-25 (.480) with three homers and seven RBI in that span. He's also struck out 11 times over the last seven contests, but that hasn't stopped him from making a massive impact when he connects. The superstar slugger is batting .412 with a 1.279 OPS, 15 homers, 41 RBI, 40 runs scored, three stolen bases, 12 doubles and two triples over 43 games this season.
