Torkelson went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBI in Sunday's 11-0 win over the Athletics.

Torkelson opened the scoring with a two-run double in the first inning, and he added an RBI single during the Tigers' rally in the eighth. The first baseman has five multi-hit efforts over his last seven games, going 12-for-28 (.429) in that span. For the season, he's batting .220 with a .738 OPS, 20 home runs, 58 RBI, 50 runs scored, 19 doubles and no stolen bases over 111 contests.

Young went 4-for-5 with an RBI and a run scored in Sunday's 7-6 win over the Twins.

Young was a frequent contributor in the win, recording the first four-hit effort of his career. The second baseman is in the midst of an eight-game hitting streak, recording multiple hits in five of those contests. On the year, the 23-year-old is hitting .269/.325/.421 with 14 homers, 51 RBI, 54 runs and three stolen bases across 113 contests.

Valencia went 2-for-5 with two doubles, four RBI and one run scored in Sunday's 11-0 win over the Athletics.

Valencia has gone 9-for-19 with five extra-base hits and eight RBI over five contests since his recall from Triple-A Toledo on Monday. The catcher isn't guaranteed to get a ton of playing time behind Dillon Dingler, but Valencia is at least making a good case for himself. Over a couple of stints in the majors this season, the 26-year-old is batting .452 (14-for-31) with four home runs, three doubles, 11 RBI and nine runs scored across 11 games.

Outman went 1-for-1 with a solo home run in Sunday's 11-0 win over the Athletics.

Outman took position player Carlos Cortes deep in the ninth inning for the last run of the game. Outman looks to be firmly in a reserve role, as the Tigers prefer an outfield of Riley Greene, Max Clark and Zach McKinstry from left to right against right-handed pitchers. All three of them are left-handed hitters, as is Outman, who will have to settle for a bench role until opportunities open up. On the year, Outman is batting .168 with a .544 OPS, five homers, 17 RBI, 22 runs scored, four doubles, two triples and six stolen bases over 167 plate appearances between Detroit and Minnesota.

Montero (8-6) allowed two hits, two walks and a hit batsman while striking out two over six shutout innings to earn the win Sunday over the Athletics.

Montero has started his last three outings, allowing seven runs (five earned) over 15.2 innings with an 11:3 K:BB in that span. The right-hander looks to have some extra security to stay in the rotation for the rest of the year after the Tigers dealt Tarik Skubal to the Dodgers on Saturday. Montero has pitched to a 3.17 ERA, 1.00 WHIP and 81:25 K:BB through 116.1 innings over 24 games (18 starts) in a breakout campaign this year. He'll have plenty of appeal with his next start projected to be on the road versus the Giants.

Munoz (5-4) blew the save but picked up the win in Sunday's 7-6 win over Minnesota. He allowed one run on two hits and a walk while striking out two over one inning.

Entering with a one-run lead in the ninth inning, Munoz surrendered a game-tying solo homer, though Seattle's offense came through in the bottom of the frame to earn him the win. Sunday marked the 27-year-old's first blown save since June 7, as he has converted 19 of 25 save opportunities in 2026. Overall, Munoz owns a 3.98 ERA, 1.25 WHIP and 63:17 K:BB across 40.2 innings.

Jump (4-7) allowed six runs on four hits and six walks while striking out five over 3.2 innings to take the loss Sunday versus the Tigers.

Jump has walked at least four batters in three straight outings, giving up 12 runs with a 17:14 K:BB across 14.1 innings in that span. The rookie southpaw hadn't walked that many batters in any of his first 10 outings. He's now at a 4.59 ERA, 1.47 WHIP and 73:31 K:BB through 66.2 innings over 13 starts this season. Jump is at least doing a good job of limiting home runs -- he's given up just seven long balls, though he's been tagged for multiple homers three times. He's projected to make his next start at Boston.

Bradley did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing three runs on seven hits and four walks over six innings against the Mariners. He struck out two.

Bradley ran into trouble early, allowing two runs in the first inning, but was able to limit the damage and record a quality start. Walks have been a bit of an issue for the right-hander all season and have ticked up even further of late, as he's issued at least three free passes in each of his past four starts. Overall, Bradley owns a 9-4 record with a 3.69 ERA, 1.24 WHIP and 141:53 K:BB across 126.2 innings (22 starts) and is tentatively scheduled to pitch Saturday against the Brewers.

Kirby did not factor into the decision Sunday, allowing five hits and a walk over seven scoreless innings against the Twins. He struck out three.

Kirby silenced the Twins offense across seven shutout innings, though a bullpen implosion kept him from being credited with the win. It was a much-needed bounce-back effort for the right-hander, who was tagged for seven runs in Monday's loss to the Rangers. Overall, the 28-year-old owns an 8-9 record with a 3.76 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 110:26 K:BB across 127 innings (21 starts) and is lined up to pitch next weekend against the Rays.

Bradish (7-10) took the loss Sunday in a rain-shortened outing against the Phillies, allowing two runs on two hits and two walks over three innings. He struck out three.

Both runs charged to Bradish came on Bryan De La Cruz's homer in the third inning, the first long ball he's given up since the All-Star break, which proved enough to leave him with the loss in an 8-0, rain-shortened defeat. Bradish's ERA now sits at 3.79 through 22 starts (121 innings) this season with a 1.36 WHIP and 117:54 K:BB. He's currently in line for a road matchup with the Rangers his next time out.
