Schneemann is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.

With Tarik Skubal on the hill for Detroit, Schneemann will head to the bench after starting in each of the last three games. Will Wilson will replace Schneemann at second base and bat seventh.

The Guardians recalled Wilson from Triple-A Columbus on Sunday, and he'll start at second base and bat seventh against the Tigers.

Wilson will be up with the big club for the second time this season, taking the roster spot of Lane Thomas (foot). Wilson could be limited to a short-side platoon role during his latest stint in the majors, but he gets one of the toughest such assignments possible Sunday against Tarik Skubal.

Kim (calf) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins, though he ran at about 80 percent, played catch and took swings in the batting cage prior to the contest, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The 29-year-old made an early exit in his Rays debut during Friday's 4-3 loss after his right calf started to cramp up, and he'll sit Sunday for a second consecutive game while Taylor Walls draws the start at shortstop. Kim doesn't appear headed for a stint on the injured list but could miss another day or two, depending how his calf responds to the more intensive workouts.

McKinstry is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

After starting each of the last seven games and going 9-for-26 with two home runs, three RBI and six runs, McKinstry will receive a breather. Javier Baez will slide over from his usual spot at shortstop to fill in for McKinstry at third base.

Torres (neck) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Guardians.

Torres was removed after the top of the first inning of Saturday's 1-0 win following a collision as he slid into second base, but he sustained nothing more than a bruise. According to Chris McCosky of The Detroit News, Torres acknowledged that he experienced some soreness after the game but felt better upon reporting to the ballpark Sunday. The Tigers are keeping him out of the lineup as a precaution, but he should be available to pinch hit in the series finale.

Guerrero went 3-for-5 with a walk in Saturday's 11-inning win over the Angels.

While he wasn't able to contribute any run production to the Blue Jays' offense in a 4-3 victory, Guerrero at least proved he was healthy after fouling a ball off his foot Thursday. Over his last 25 games, the first baseman is slashing .295/.391/.495 with seven doubles, four homers, two steals, 16 RBI and 18 runs.

Lukes is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

With lefty Tyler Anderson on the hill for the Angels, Lukes will head to the bench after three straight starts, opening up center field for Myles Straw. Lukes and Straw will continue to platoon in center until Daulton Varsho (hamstring) is ready to return from the injured list.

Schneider will start in left field and bat sixth in Sunday's game against the Angels.

Schneider will remain in the lineup for the seventh game in a row, with five of his starts coming in left field and two at second base. Bo Bichette recently returned from a four-game absence due to a knee injury, but Toronto placed Andres Gimenez (ankle) on the injured list Sunday, so there should still be playing time available, even if Schneider will likely split opportunities at the keystone with Leo Jimenez and Will Wagner. Since being recalled from Triple-A Buffalo on June 1, Schneider has produced a .255/.367/.471 slash line with three home runs, seven RBI and 10 runs in 19 games.

Barger is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

Barger will head to the bench with southpaw Tyler Anderson on the bump for the Halos. Joey Loperfido will fill in as the Blue Jays' right fielder.

Wagner is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

With southpaw Tyler Anderson on the hill for the Angels, Wagner will hit the bench Sunday. The 26-year-old utility player has a clear path to playing time against right-handed pitching through the All-Star break, and Wagner had started five of the past six games. Andres Gimenez (ankle) landing on the injured list Sunday will create even more opportunities on the infield, although Davis Schneider and Leo Jimenez will also be in the mix at the keystone.
