Arozarena went 1-for-3 with a solo home run and a walk in Friday's 6-1 win over the Astros.

Arozarena went 0-for-3 in the All-Star Game, but his power returned with the resumption of the regular season. He's homered in his last three games for the Mariners, and he's up to 18 long balls on the year, including 10 across his last 14 contests. The outfielder's now at a .252/.358/.470 slash line with 49 RBI, 54 runs scored and 16 stolen bases over 95 games, putting him within range of securing a fifth straight 20-20 season.

Garver went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Friday's 6-1 win over the Astros.

Garver has homered in back-to-back contests, and five of his six homers this season have come since June 20. He won't unseat Cal Raleigh as the starting catcher, but more consistency at the plate should allow Garver more looks as the designated hitter, particularly against southpaws. For the season, Garver is slashing .226/.314/.368 with 22 RBI, 16 runs scored and three stolen bases over 175 plate appearances.

Castillo (7-5) allowed three hits and two walks while striking out seven over 6.2 scoreless innings to earn the win over the Astros on Friday.

Castillo has won three straight starts, allowing just three runs over 18.2 innings in July. The right-hander threw 66 of 100 pitches for strikes in this outing, which was his fifth scoreless performance of the campaign. Castillo has been in peak form in 2025 with a 3.21 ERA, 1.21 WHIP and 100:36 K:BB through 115 innings over 20 starts. He's projected for a home start versus the Brewers next week.

Walter (1-3) allowed one run on three hits and a walk while striking out seven over six innings to take the loss Friday versus the Mariners.

Walter put together his fifth quality start, but he was once again done in by a lack of run support. He's now at a 3.66 ERA, 0.96 WHIP and 47:3 K:BB through 46.2 innings over eight starts this season. His strong performance could lead to a tough decision for the Astros' management when the team's rotation is closer to full strength, as Walter has turned some heads during this stint in the majors. He's projected to make his next start at Arizona as Houston operates with a five-man rotation while waiting for some injured pitchers to complete rehab assignments.

The Twins are expected to option Adams to Triple-A St. Paul on Saturday, Dan Hayes of The Athletic reports.

With Zebby Matthews (shoulder) returning from the injured list to start Saturday, Adams will be pushed back to the minors to create roster space. The 25-year-old righty made two bulk-relief appearances during his time in the majors, giving up six earned runs over eight innings while striking out four batters and walking one.

Matthews has been sidelined since early June with a strain in his right shoulder. He was remarkable during his lone rehab outing Sunday, during which he gave up just one hit while racking up nine punchouts over four innings. The 25-year-old carries a 5.21 ERA and 1.47 WHIP through four MLB appearances this season, but his impressive minor-league start and a matchup against one of the worst offenses in the majors Saturday give him some appeal as a streaming option.

Quero went 2-for-4 with a solo home run, a double, a walk, and an additional run scored in Friday's 10-1 win over the Pirates.

The 22-year-old rookie got the White Sox on the board early, launching a 391-foot solo shot off Bailey Falter in the first inning for his second career MLB home run. He later added a double in the seventh, marking his third career multi-extra-base-hit game. Quero has found success at the plate recently, going 6-for-21 (.286) with two homers over his last seven contests while continuing to earn opportunities in the middle of Chicago's lineup

Robert went 2-for-2 with a solo home run, two walks, two additional runs scored and a stolen base in Friday's 10-1 win over the Pirates.

Robert filled up the stat sheet Friday, reaching base four times and showcasing his power-speed combo with his 10th home run and 23rd stolen base of the year. Since returning from the injured list, the 27-year-old outfielder has hit safely in six of seven games, going 7-for-21 (.333) with two home runs and four walks while continuing to anchor the middle of the White Sox's lineup.

Estevez (4-3) took the loss and blew a save, allowing three runs (two earned) on two hits with no walks or strikeouts, during Friday's 8-7 loss to the Marlins.

Handed a two-run lead in the 10th inning, Estevez could not hold it and allowed three runs in an extra-inning, walkoff defeat. A two-run home run that concluded a monster day from Kyle Stowers was the death blow and sealed the third straight blown save from the Royals closer. The 32-year-old has gone seven straight appearances allowing at least one baserunner, dating back to July 2.

Cannon (4-7) earned the win Friday against the Pirates, allowing one run on five hits over seven innings while striking out two.

Cannon turned in one of his best outings of the season, limiting Pittsburgh to a single run on an RBI knock by Oneil Cruz in the fourth. It marked just the second time this year the 24-year-old has completed at least seven innings, needing only 86 pitches to do so. Cannon wasn't overpowering but relied on soft contact to breeze through the outing. The right-hander heads into his next scheduled start against the Rays sporting a 4.18 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 63:29 K:BB across 84 innings.
