Bobby Witt SS | KC
Royals' Bobby Witt: Receiving rare day off
Witt is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.
After seeing his five-game hitting streak come to an end with a 0-for-4 showing in Saturday's 2-0 win over the Twins, Witt will exit the starting nine for just the second time all season in what appears to be a planned rest day. Maikel Garcia will cover shortstop and bat second in his stead.

Brayan Rocchio SS | CLE
Guardians' Brayan Rocchio: Contributes to win
Rocchio started at second base and went 1-for-4 with a double and an RBI in Saturday's 3-1 win over the White Sox.
Rocchio made contributions with his bat and glove. His run-scoring double in the fourth inning produced the game-winning run. The 24-year-old -- who didn't make his first big-league start at second base until July 26 -- made a diving stop to start an inning-ending double play in the eighth to preserve the Guardians' win. Rocchio's managed to learn a new position while maintaining a strong bat, going 15-for-45 (.333) with five extra-base hits and seven RBI over 13 games since becoming the primary starter at the keystone.

On the month, he's batting .296 (8-for-27), with half his knocks going for extra bases.

The shortstop has added 18 steals, 42 RBI, 53 runs scored, 25 doubles and a .271/.340/.403 slash line through 115 contests. Swanson had gone 13 games without a multi-hit effort, batting just .174 (8-for-46) with two homers, eight RBI and 19 strikeouts in that span. He was seeing the ball well in this contest, which also allowed him to swipe his first bag since July 22 versus the Royals. In 18 games since the All-Star break, Walls has slashed .236/.263/.418 with three steals, seven doubles, one home run and nine RBI in 59 plate appearances.
