Willi Castro LF | COL
Twins' Willi Castro: Moving to second base
Castro started at second base and went 0-for-2 with a walk in Tuesday's loss against the Yankees.
Castro has played several positions this season and has moved frequently during games, but he's now set to start mostly at second base due to Edouard Julien being sent to Triple-A. He'll likely soon accumulate enough games at second base (three games played at second this season) to qualify at another position in most formats. (He's already played more than 10 games at third base, shortstop and outfield.)

Blaze Alexander SS | BAL
Diamondbacks' Blaze Alexander: Hits in four straight
Alexander started at designated hitter and went 3-for-4 with a double, an RBI and two runs scored in Tuesday's 8-5 win over the Giants.
Alexander was in the starting lineup for a fourth consecutive game -- all against left-handers -- and has hit safely in all four, going 8-for-16 with a stolen base, three RBI, two doubles and four runs. He's hit southpaws well, posting a .362/.422/.552 line against them. However, his stay in the majors could be ending soon. With news that Geraldo Perdomo (knee) will transfer his rehab to Triple-A Reno on Wednesday, Alexander's roster spot appears to have a shelf life.

Jeremy Pena SS | HOU
Astros' Jeremy Pena: Reaches base three times
Pena went 2-for-2 with a double, a walk, two RBI and a run scored Tuesday against the Cardinals.
Pena entered Tuesday's game having failed to tally an extra-base hit in 10 straight starts. He ended that drought with an RBI double in the third inning and also drove in a run on a sacrifice fly one frame later. Pena is now hitting .302 with five home runs and nine stolen bases across 251 plate appearances on the campaign.

Masyn Winn SS | STL
Cardinals' Masyn Winn: Fills stat sheet in loss
Winn went 3-for-3 with a two-run home run, a walk and one stolen base in Tuesday's 8-5 loss to the Astros.
Winn was 2-for-13 over his previous four games before breaking out of that short slump with a big performance. The shortstop has arguably been the Cardinals' most consistent hitter with a .309/.359/.446 slash line over 197 plate appearances this year. He's added three homers, 21 RBI, 20 runs scored and eight steals. The Cardinals' offense has been inconsistent at best, which has limited Winn's production of counting stats, but his ability to make quality contact has made him fantasy relevant in most formats, especially since he's seen a near-everyday role at shortstop.

Elly De La Cruz SS | CIN
Reds' Elly De La Cruz: Slugs 10th homer
De La Cruz went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in Tuesday's 4-1 win over the Rockies.
De La Cruz snapped a 21-game homer drought with his third-inning blast, which was his 10th long ball of the year. During the power outage, he hit just .169 with four doubles, though he still managed to pick up seven stolen bases. The speedy infielder's slump has dropped his season slash line to .233/.329/.426 with 26 RBI and 39 runs scored over 61 contests, but he also leads the majors by a wide margin with 32 steals.

Jose Caballero 2B | NYY
Rays' Jose Caballero: Out of Tuesday's lineup
Caballero is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game at Miami.
Caballero started the past four games but will head to the bench Tuesday after he went 4-for-15 with a homer, two RBI, five runs and a stolen base during that stretch. Amed Rosario will take over at shortstop and bat sixth.

C.J. Abrams SS | WAS
Nationals' CJ Abrams: Rejoining lineup Tuesday
Abrams (shoulder) is starting at shortstop and batting leadoff Tuesday against the Mets, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
The 23-year-old hasn't seen the field since Friday due to the shoulder issue but is back atop the lineup Tuesday for Washington. Abrams will look to get back on track now that he's healthy, as he went 0-for-14 with eight strikeouts in the three games preceding his absence.

Brayan Rocchio SS | CLE
Guardians' Brayan Rocchio: Sitting out Tuesday
Rocchio is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Royals.
Rocchio has been one of the worst-hitting regulars in baseball this season, sporting a lowly .203/.308/.259 line. He'll receive a day off while Daniel Schneemann holds down shortstop.

Liover Peguero SS | PIT
Pirates' Liover Peguero: Recalled from Triple-A
The Pirates recalled Peguero from Triple-A Indianapolis on Tuesday, Andrew Destin of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Peguero was a somewhat surprising exclusion from the Pirates' Opening Day roster and wound up spending a couple months at Indianapolis before getting another shot with the big club. He's slashed .272/.341/.387 this year with Indianapolis, hitting two home runs and stealing five bases. Peguero will back up at both middle infield spots.
