Bubic (elbow/shoulder) could begin a new throwing program next week, per MLB.com.

Bubic has been shelved since mid-May due to left elbow soreness before developing left shoulder discomfort during a rehab outing. The southpaw received a cortisone injection July 2 and has been shut down since, though he could be ready to resume throwing in the near future. Beginning a throwing program would mark a step in the right direction, though Bubic is likely to need considerable time to progress through his rehab before embarking on a rehab assignment and ultimately returning to the active roster. Prior to his lengthy stint on the injured list, the hurler posted a 3-2 record with a 4.11 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 51:26 K:BB across 50.1 innings (nine starts).

Kelly did not factor into the decision Friday, giving up three runs (one earned) on four hits with three strikeouts and two walks over five innings against St. Louis.

The Cardinals tallied two unearned runs on two hits, a walk and an error during the opening frame, but Kelly then kept St. Louis off the board until JJ Wetherholt's solo homer during the fifth inning. The veteran right-hander was unable to extend his win streak to three games, but he continued a strong run of form with a 2.12 ERA, 1.29 WHIP and 15:7 K:BB across his last 17 innings. Kelly still has a lot of work to do to bring down his 5.20 ERA and 1.49 WHIP for the campaign.

McGreevy did not factor into the decision Friday, allowing two runs (one earned) on six hits and one walk over 6.1 innings in a 5-4 win over the Diamondbacks. He struck out five.

McGreevy was unable to pick up a second straight victory since St. Louis didn't score the game-deciding run until the ninth inning, but he delivered a fourth consecutive quality start and now has seven quality starts in his past eight outings. The 27-year-old seems to have found his footing during his first full season as a big-league starter with a 2.92 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 71:24 K:BB across 108 innings (19 starts).

Miller (4-4) took the loss Friday versus the Giants, giving up three runs (two earned) on seven hits and one walk over 5.2 innings. He struck out six.

The right-hander kept San Francisco off the board until the fifth inning, when Bryce Eldridge launched a two-run homer to open the scoring. A hit, two errors and a hit-by-pitch resulted in an unearned run for the Giants in the sixth and prevented Miller from securing his fourth quality start of 2026. The 27-year-old has surrendered more than three runs in just one of his 11 outings this season and now has a 2.27 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 71:10 K:BB across 65.1 innings.

Roupp (7-8) earned the win Friday, allowing two hits and three walks over seven scoreless innings against the Mariners. He struck out two.

Roupp surrendered just one run over eight innings during his final start before the All-Star break versus Toronto on July 6, and he delivered another strong performance Friday to secure his second straight victory. The right-hander won five of his first six starts of the season and had a 2.55 ERA during that span before stumbling to a 5.77 ERA in his subsequent eight outings, but he's found his footing of late with a quality start in four of his past five appearances. Roupp will take a 3.98 ERA, 1.27 WHIP and 106:45 K:BB across 104 frames into his next start, which tentatively lines up to come in Kansas City.

Lambert didn't factor into the decision Friday in a 3-2 loss against the Orioles, allowing just one run on three hits and three walks while striking out 10 in six innings.

Lambert recorded his second straight quality start but was stuck with the no-decision in Friday's matchup. The 29-year-old set a new career high in strikeouts with 10, breaking his previous record of eight which he had set twice earlier this season. An RBI walk by Pete Alonso resulted in the only blemish on Lambert's line. On the year, Lambert has posted a 3.03 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 91:36 K:BB through 92 innings.

Kremer picked up a no-decision after going four innings against Houston on Friday, allowing two earned runs on four hits and three walks while striking out five.

Kremer completed his shortest start of the 2026 season after going just four innings on 83 pitches against the Astros. It was only the 30-year-old's third start back from the 60-day injured list after he missed extended time due to a right quad strain. Through five starts this season, Kremer now holds a 4.15 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 29:7 K:BB in 26 innings. The right-hander is projected to make his next start Wednesday against Boston.

The Orioles transferred Bassitt (back) to the 60-day injured list Friday, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Bassitt initially landed on the injured list June 8 due to back discomfort before undergoing surgery in late June to remove bone spurs from his back. His move to the 60-day IL will ensure he remains out until at least Aug. 4 and also free up space on the Orioles' 40-man roster for Rudy Martin, who was acquired in a trade with the Royals on Friday.

Henderson said after Friday's win over Miami that he was experiencing forearm cramping during the fifth inning, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Henderson was visited on the mound by one of the Brewers' trainers in the fifth but remained in the game to finish the inning and ended his night with one run allowed on three hits and no walks while fanning four batters in five frames. He also said after the game that he was already feeling better, and the team's decision to keep him in the game after the mound visit suggests that he isn't dealing with anything serious. That said, it's still something the team will likely keep an eye on leading up to his next start -- currently lined up to come Wednesday against the Mets.

Kay did not factor into Friday's decision against the Blue Jays, allowing two runs on two hits and three walks while striking out five across four innings.

It wasn't the cleanest outing from Kay, who was pulled following the fourth inning after tossing 83 pitches (47 strikes), though he did induce 11 whiffs. It's the second time he's failed to go beyond four innings over his last three starts, and he has a 4.24 ERA, 1.37 WHIP and 76:38 K:BB across 93.1 innings this season. Kay is lined up to start next week on the road against the Rangers.
