Clayton Kershaw SP | LAD
Dodgers' Clayton Kershaw: Moves to 4-0
Kershaw (4-0) picked up the win against the Rays on Tuesday, giving up six hits and two earned runs over 6.1 innings, striking out eight and walking one as the Dodgers bagged a 7-3 victory.
Kershaw won for the fourth time in his last five starts, hurling a quality start against Tampa Bay. He now has a 3.33 ERA, 0.98 WHIP and 44:8 K:BB through 46 innings. He might no longer provide the sub-2.00 ERA or ridiculous strikeout numbers he was capable of posting in the past, but so far the veteran has still been a plenty effective fantasy option since his return from injury. He's scheduled to take the mound next at home against the Mets on Monday.

German Marquez SP | SD
Rockies' German Marquez: Sharp against Pirates
Marquez (5-2) picked up the win against the Pirates on Tuesday, giving up three hits over eight shutout innings, striking out seven and walking one as the Rockies bagged a 5-0 victory.
Marquez bounced back after getting lit up by the Red Sox in his last start, as he cruised through eight frames while allowing just four baserunners. He was struck by a line drive off the bat of Cole Tucker in the eighth inning, but he looks to be fine as he stayed in the game and was able to retire the next two batters. The right-hander now carries a 3.38 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and an excellent 72:13 K:BB through 72 innings.

Tyler Anderson SP | LAA
Rockies' Tyler Anderson: Decides to undergo surgery
Anderson will undergo left knee surgery, Thomas Harding of MLB.com reports.
Anderson posted an 11.76 ERA and 2.13 WHIP in five starts this season before being optioned to Triple-A Albuquerque and subsequently diagnosed with knee inflammation. Whether or not the surgery will keep him out all year won't be known until the procedure is complete.

Michael Wacha SP | KC
Cardinals' Michael Wacha: Scheduled start postponed
Wacha will not start Tuesday against the Royals as the game has been postponed due to rain, Rob Rains of StLSportsPage.com reports.
The game will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader Wednesday. Wacha will presumably start one of the two contests.

Julio Urias SP | LAD
Dodgers' Julio Urias: Officially reinstated
Urias was officially reinstated from administrative leave Tuesday, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
The league's investigation into an alleged domestic violence incident continues, and Urias could still face a suspension once it concludes, but he'll be allowed to play for now as the league has been unable to obtain video evidence of the incident. He'll return to the active roster, with Kyle Garlick optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City to clear a spot.

Chris Paddack RP | TEX
Padres' Chris Paddack: Bounces back with another gem
Paddack improved to 4-2 on the season after allowing one run on five hits while striking out seven in a six-inning start against the Diamondbacks on Monday.
Paddack failed to make it out of the fifth inning in his previous start but looked as good as ever Monday. A small rally, involving no extra-base hits, got the Diamondbacks their only run in the third inning, but Paddack only allowed one other runner to reach second base the rest of the game. The rookie's ERA now sits at an incredible 1.93 through nine starts. He'll look to keep things going Sunday in Toronto.

Juan Nicasio SP | TEX
Phillies' Juan Nicasio: Picks up extra-inning save
Nicasio allowed a hit in two-thirds of an inning to record his first save of the season in Monday's 5-4 extra-inning win over the Cubs.
Seranthony Dominguez blew the lead in the eighth inning and Hector Neris worked a scoreless ninth with the game tied, leaving Adam Morgan and Nicasio to close things out after J.T. Realmuto launched a solo shot in the top of the 10th. The veteran right-hander hasn't given up an earned run since April 19, and the stretch of success has moved him into a more high-leverage role in Gabe Kapler's bullpen -- he notched his second hold of the season Sunday. Nicasio now sports a 3.32 ERA and 20:9 K:BB through 21.2 innings on the season.

Mike Soroka SP | ARI
Braves' Mike Soroka: Whiffs seven in win
Soroka (5-1) fired eight innings Monday, allowing a run on two hits while taking the win over the Giants. He yielded a homer and struck out seven.
Aside from Brandon Crawford's solo shot in the sixth inning, Soroka absolutely dominated the Giants' lineup. His eight-inning outing was a career high, but oddly enough, his season ERA actually went up after Monday. The 21-year-old rookie is sporting a 1.01 ERA and 41:14 K:BB across 44.2 frames. Soroka will take the mound in St. Louis on Saturday.

Yu Darvish SP | SD
Cubs' Yu Darvish: Logs quality start
Darvish did not factor into the decision in Monday's 5-4 loss to the Phillies, as he allowed three runs across six innings. He gave up four hits and three walks, while striking out seven.
Darvish completed six innings for just the second time this season, but former Chicago ace Jake Arrieta held the Cubs to just one run through his six innings, keeping Darvish from picking up his third win. The Japanese righty still has a subpar 5.06 ERA, though he's looked better in his last two outings. Darvish will look to build on the quality start his next time out Saturday against the Reds.

Patrick Corbin SP | TOR
Nationals' Patrick Corbin: Fans seven in loss
Corbin (4-2) took the loss Monday as the Nationals dropped a 5-3 decision to the Mets, allowing four runs on six hits and three walks over five innings while striking out seven.
The southpaw has faced the Mets four times already this season, and this was the first time he failed to record a quality start against them. Corbin will take a 3.25 ERA and 76:21 K:BB through 63.2 innings into his next outing Saturday, at home against the Marlins.
