Rogers (6-3) took the loss Saturday as the Marlins fell 3-1 to the Red Sox, allowing two runs on nine hits over six innings. He struck out six without walking a batter.

The quality start was the sixth of the season for the young southpaw, but Miami didn't give him enough run support to turn it into a win. Rogers will carry a dazzling 1.87 ERA and 76:22 K:BB through 62.2 innings into his next outing.

Gomber (3-5) was tagged with the loss Saturday against the Pirates after allowing three runs (two earned) on five hits and a walk while fanning five across four innings.

Gomber gave up two homers -- to Adam Frazier in the first and Ka'ai Tom in the fourth -- and didn't have enough run support to avoid the loss. Gomber has given up two or fewer earned runs in each of his last four appearances, though, and he owns a 4.55 ERA on the season. His next scheduled start will come next week at home against the Athletics.

Keller (3-6) earned the win in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rockies after tossing five scoreless innings, giving up two hits and two walks while fanning six.

Keller was coming off a woeful game with five runs allowed across five innings in his previous contest, but he bounced back admirably here and dominated the Rockies' lineup with ease. Keller gave up two or fewer runs in three of his five outings this month, and he's scheduled to pitch again next week at home against the Marlins.

Castillo (1-8) was tagged with the loss Saturday against the Cubs after giving up four runs (two earned) on four hits and four walks while fanning three across five innings.

Castillo has found himself at the losing end in each of his last seven outings and has given up at least four runs in all but two of those appearances, so he's clearly moving in the wrong direction. The right-hander has posted a 7.22 ERA and will try to bounce back in his next start, scheduled for next week against the Cardinals on the road.

Davies didn't factor into the decision Saturday against the Cubs after giving up one run on two hits and two walks while fanning three across five innings.

Davies ended just three outs away from what would've been his second quality start of the campaign, but he has pitched six or more innings just once all year long, so he should not be expected to pitch too deep into games. The right-hander has been impressive of late, though, allowing one or fewer runs in five of his last six outings and posting a 1.74 ERA in that stretch. His next start is scheduled for next week on the road against the Giants.

Gray fell to 4-5 on the season after allowing three runs in three innings of work in the first half of Saturday's doubleheader against the Brewers, striking out two while walking three and allowing four hits.

None of Gray's innings were clean, though all the damage was done in the second inning. He allowed each of the first four runners to reach base, including a walk to opposing starter JT Brubaker, with the first three coming around to score. Gray has now allowed three or more earned runs in each of his last three starts, striking out just six total batters across that stretch.

Brubaker (4-4) cruised to a win in the first game of Saturday's doubleheader against the Rockies, striking out five while walking one and allowing four hits across six scoreless innings.

Brubaker looked a lot more like the pitcher who cruised to a 2.58 ERA in his first seven starts than the guy who allowed 12 runs in 11 innings across his last two outings. The Rockies managed just a single runner in scoring position across the first five innings before loading the bases with one out in the sixth, but Brubaker was able to get out of the jam with a pair of flyouts. The strong outing improved his ERA to 3.74, a mark he'll try to drive even lower in his next start, which should come next Thursday or Friday against the Marlins.

Wheeler recorded 14 strikeouts and gave up three runs on four hits over seven innings during Saturday's 5-3 loss at Tampa Bay. He had two walks and didn't factor in the decision.

The 30-year-old served up a two-run homer to Austin Meadows during the opening frame, but he allowed one run over the following six innings and generated 18 swinging strikes on the afternoon. Wheeler has double-digit strikeouts in three straight starts and has surrendered five runs (four earned) on eight hits with a 36:3 K:BB across 21.1 innings during that stretch.

Corbin (3-4) took the loss in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against the Brewers after giving up four runs on four hits with five strikeouts and two walks across five innings.

The left-hander had a rough start and served up a two-run homer to Avisail Garcia during the opening frame, and Milwaukee tacked on two more runs during the third inning. Corbin has a 6.23 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 41:20 K:BB over 52 innings (10 starts) in 2021.

Peralta (5-1) earned the win in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader at Washington after allowing one run on four hits with seven strikeouts and one walk over seven innings.

The 24-year-old took advantage of the shortened game as part of the twin bill and delivered the first complete game of his career. The right-hander surrendered a solo homer to Kyle Schwarber during the fourth inning but otherwise kept the Nationals off the board. Peralta has a 2.38 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 83:24 K:BB across 56.2 innings through 11 starts this season.
