Alcantara (6-9) earned the win Tuesday at Baltimore after allowing three runs on six hits with five strikeouts and a walk across six innings.

The right-hander pounded the zone Tuesday and delivered 62 of 85 pitches for strikes. He served up two solo homers across six frames and attempted to come out for the seventh, but he was pulled after giving up another run on a double and a single without recording an out. In 12 starts since surrendering eight runs over 1.1 innings during his outing May 14 against the Dodgers, Alcantara has a 2.77 ERA, 1.15 WHIP and 59:22 K:BB over 74.2 frames.

Wainwright (8-6) picked up the win Tuesday, allowing two runs on four hits and two walks over seven innings in a 4-2 victory over Cleveland. He struck out eight.

The veteran right-hander continues to be a rock in the St. Louis rotation. Since the beginning of June, Wainwright has given up more than three runs only once while lasting at least seven innings six times in 10 starts, posting a sharp 2.86 ERA, 1.02 WHIP and 62:15 K:BB through 66 innings over that stretch.

Eickhoff (0-2) took the loss Tuesday as the Mets fell 12-5 to Atlanta, coughing up 10 runs on seven hits -- including three home runs -- and five walks over 3.1 innings. He struck out four.

This was an utter disaster for the right-hander, as he got tagged for at least two runs in each of the first four innings. Eickhoff now has an 8.69 ERA through five appearances (four starts) and 19.2 innings while serving up nine homers, and with Carlos Carrasco (hamstring) on track to return this weekend, he may have seen his last action this season for the Mets.

Morton (10-3) picked up the win Tuesday, allowing three runs on five hits and two walks over five innings in a 12-5 victory over the Mets. He struck out five.

Atlanta scored at least two runs in each of the first four innings, giving Morton more than enough offensive support despite his shortest outing since June 11. The veteran right-hander has won five straight decisions since then, posting a 2.70 ERA, 0.94 WHIP and 60:16 K:BB through 50 innings over that eight-start stretch.

Urias did not factor in the decision versus San Francisco on Tuesday despite allowing only one run over 5.2 innings. He surrendered six hits and no walks while striking out five.

The southpaw breezed through five scoreless frames before the Giants tagged him for a run on three hits in in the sixth. That was enough to instigate his exit from the contest and eliminate his chance for a win on a night when the Dodgers' offense managed only one run. Urias will carry a 3.54 ERA and 132:25 K:BB into his next start, which is expected to come at Arizona on Sunday.

Webb allowed a run on three hits and a walk with five strikeouts in six innings versus the Dodgers on Tuesday. He did not factor in the decision.

The right-hander has allowed just four runs across 18 innings (four starts) since he returned from a shoulder injury. Webb outdueled Dodgers starter Julio Urias in Tuesday's contest, although the former has now gone four straight starts without a decision. For the year, Webb has a solid 3.36 ERA with a 1.19 WHIP and 70:22 K:BB through 67 innings. He lines up for a challenging home start versus Houston this weekend.

Gomber (8-5) secured the win over the Angels on Tuesday, pitching six innings and allowing two runs on five hits and two walks while striking out seven.

The southpaw continued his strong first campaign with Colorado, notching his sixth quality start in his past nine outings. The only runs he allowed in the contest came on yet another homer off the bat of Shohei Ohtani. Gomber lowered his ERA to 3.69 with the effective appearance while picking up his fifth win his past six starts. His next outing is tentatively slated to come at San Diego on Sunday.

Paddack (7-6) won Tuesday's 7-4 game against Oakland, allowing three runs on nine hits and a walk with six strikeouts in six innings.

Paddack allowed all three of his runs on five hits in the third inning but settled down after and was never in any real danger in any of the other five frames. This was the young righty's third straight win, while his season-high 102 pitches indicates manager Jayce Tingler finally trusts Paddack to work deep into games.

Gutierrez (5-3) allowed two earned runs on five hits and three walks with five strikeouts through 6.1 innings, getting the win in Tuesday's 7-4 victory over the Cubs.

Gutierrez coughed up a two-run homer to Anthony Rizzo in the first inning but settled in to deliver a quality start. After striking out just one batter in his previous 10 innings, the right-hander punched out five Tuesday, two shy of his career high. His lack of swing-and-miss stuff (42 strikeouts in 60.2 innings) limits his value from a fantasy perspective, but his ability to provide length for the Reds means he could stick around. He's projected to get the ball again Sunday against the Mets.

Ynoa (hand) threw a simulated game Tuesday after his scheduled Tuesday rehab outing was postponed because of rain, Mark Bowman of MLB.com reports. He's now slated to make a rehab outing Saturday.

While the switch to a simulated game shouldn't make a huge difference as far as getting Ynoa's arm built up, pushing back the rehab outing could ultimately delay his activation from the 60-day IL. The right-hander will likely require multiple outings in the minors before being reinstated, so he appears to be on track for a mid-to-late August return to the Atlanta rotation, assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks.
