Silseth (elbow) said Wednesday that he expects to return from the 15-day injured list in around three weeks, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Silseth received good news earlier in the week, when both of the doctors who evaluated his injured elbow determined he was dealing with nothing more than inflammation. While Silseth thus appears likely to resume throwing soon and steer clear of an extended absence, he'll still need more than the minimum 15 days to make a full recovery from the injury and get fully ramped up. Jose Soriano was moved from the bullpen earlier this week and will serve as the Angels' No. 5 starter while Silseth is on the shelf.

Bradley (pectoral) has thrown a bullpen session recently but is not close to a return, MLB.com reports.

It's not clear exactly when Bradley last threw, but manager Kevin Cash described it as a positive session. The expectation is that Bradley will return in early to mid-May, but there's no specific timeline at this point.

Littell came away with a no-decision in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Angels, allowing one run on six hits and three walks over 4.1 innings. He struck out four.

The right-hander ran his pitch count up to 99 (62 strikes) before getting the hook, missing out on a chance to secure his second win of the year. Littell has a 1.17 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 15:5 K:BB through three starts and 15.1 innings, and he has yet to serve up a homer despite the fact that one of his outings came in Coors Field. The latter could be key to his fantasy fortunes in 2024 after he was tagged for 13 home runs in 87 innings with Tampa Bay last season. Littell lines up for a rematch with the Halos back at home early next week.

Lopez and the Twins won't play Thursday against the Tigers after the game was postponed because of inclement weather in Detroit.

The two clubs will make up the contest as part of a straight doubleheader Saturday. Lopez and Tarik Skubal -- who had also been scheduled to start Thursday -- will both be pushed back a day in the pitching schedule to start Friday's series opener.

The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader Saturday. Thursday's scheduled starters -- Skubal and Pablo Lopez -- will both be pushed back a day to make their next start in Friday's series opener.

Fedde allowed five runs (four earned) on four hits over five innings but did not factor into the decision as the White Sox fell to Cleveland on Wednesday. He struck out three and issued three walks.

Fedde appeared to be rolling early as the White Sox jumped out to a 5-0 lead, retiring 10 of the first 12 batters he faced in the contest. However, things began to unravel in the bottom of the fourth when the right-hander surrendered a solo homer to Josh Naylor with one out, followed by a two-run shot off the bat of Josh's brother Bo Naylor just three batters later. Fedde allowed three long balls on the day, the second time in three starts in which he's allowed multiple home runs. On a positive note, the right-hander was able to make it through five innings for the second straight start and still has not suffered a loss on the season.

Bibee (1-0) pitched 4.1 innings during Wednesday's win over the White Sox, allowing five runs on six hits while walking three and striking out two. He didn't factor in the decision

Bibee was victimized by Gavin Sheets early as the first baseman doubled home a run in the first inning and then launched a three-run shot in the third to put the Guardians in an early 5-0 hole. The 25-year-old right-hander was unable to make it through five innings for the second time in his first three starts, allowing a season-high five earned runs, though he managed to avoid the loss thanks to Cleveland's late comeback. He'll look to lower his 5.93 ERA next week when the Guardians travel to Boston to take on the Red Sox.

Stripling (0-3) took the loss against the Rangers on Wednesday, allowing six runs on 11 hits and three walks while striking out five batters over six innings.

Stripling took a tough-luck loss despite allowing just one run over seven innings against Boston his last time out, but he was much more responsible for his third loss of the campaign Wednesday. The veteran right-hander allowed 14 baserunners, and it was somewhat surprising that he was able to last six frames on 97 pitches given that amount of traffic. Stripling has at least been able to eat innings for Oakland this year -- he's averaging 6.0 frames per start through three appearances -- but his 5.50 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 14:5 K:BB aren't appealing for fantasy purposes.

Bradford (3-0) earned the win against Oakland on Wednesday, allowing an unearned run on five hits and one walk while striking out seven batters over 6.2 innings.

Bradford gave up a run on two hits in the first frame, though the tally was unearned. The southpaw breezed from there, at one point retiring 18 of 20 batters before running out of gas in the seventh inning when he allowed a two-out single followed by a walk. Reliever Yerry Rodriguez was able to get the final out to keep Bradford's line clean of any earned runs, and the latter ended up taking the victory to move into an early tie for the league lead in wins with three. Bradford was initially expected to depart the rotation once Michael Lorenzen (neck) was built up enough to slide in as a starter, but it could be difficult for Texas to make that move now given Bradford's outstanding beginning to the campaign. Through 19.1 innings, he's posted a 1.40 ERA, 0.62 WHIP and 17:2 K:BB.

Arrighetti (0-1) was the pitcher of record in Wednesday's 11-2 loss to the Royals after giving up seven earned runs on seven hits and three walks while striking out three in three innings.

Arrighetti was called up from Triple-A Sugar Land to make his big-league debut Wednesday, but he labored during his time on the mound, placing only 47 of his 79 pitches for strikes before being pulled ahead of the bottom of the fourth inning. On a positive note, Arrighetti kept the ball in the yard and only two of the seven hits he allowed went for extra bases. Despite the uninspiring debut, with both Justin Verlander (shoulder) and Framber Valdez (elbow) on the shelf, Arrighetti will get at least one more turn through the rotation, according to Chandler Rome of The Athletic.
