Rodriguez (6-2) picked up the win Monday against Toronto, allowing two runs (one earned) on seven hits and zero walks while striking out four over 6.2 innings.

The only earned run allowed by Rodriguez was a solo home run by Vladimir Guerrero in the fourth inning. The 24-year-old set a new season-best with 6.2 innings pitched Monday, turning in his fifth quality start of the season. Rodriguez has found his groove over his past five starts -- in that span, the right-hander owns a 2.16 ERA and 31:12 K:BB in 29.1 innings. Rodriguez will look to keep rolling in his next start, currently scheduled for this weekend in Tampa.

Gausman (4-4) took the loss Monday against Baltimore, allowing six earned runs on six hits and one walk in 6.1 innings. He struck out three.

Gausman gave up three home runs Monday after allowing just two over his past nine starts. The 33-year-old had notched three-consecutive quality starts prior to Monday's setback, but he has been unable to find his footing this season. Through 60.2 innings, Gasuman holds a 4.60 ERA and a 1.34 WHIP, both of which are his worst since 2019. The right-hander will look to rebound in his next start, tentatively scheduled for this weekend in Oakland.

Anderson allowed a run on five hits and three walks over 6.2 innings in a no-decision Monday. He struck out two during the victory against San Diego.

Anderson served up a solo shot to Manny Machado in the first inning but otherwise worked around danger for the rest of the night. Anderson has given up exactly one run in four straight outings despite registering a lackluster 14:13 K:BB during that span. On the year, his ERA is down to an impressive 2.37, while he's delivered eight quality starts in 12 appearances. Anderson's next start is in line to be at home against the Astros.

Verlander did not factor into the decision in Monday's 2-1 win over the Cardinals, allowing four runs on seven hits and two walks with four strikeouts over five innings.

Verlander got into immediate trouble, allowing solo home runs to Alec Burleson and Nolan Gorman in the first inning. He labored through the next four, surrendering a total of eight hard-hit balls, including another homer by Gorman, and leaving with a 4-2 deficit. Verlander was coming off back-to-back nine-strikeout efforts, but he has now failed to reach six innings in four of his nine starts this season. In those nine games, Verlander has posted a 3.63 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 48:17 K:BB. He tentatively lines up for a road matchup against the Angels on Sunday.

Skubal did not factor into the decision in Monday's 2-1 win over the Rangers, allowing one run on seven hits and two walks with six strikeouts over six innings.

Skubal surrendered a leadoff home run to Marcus Semien in the first inning but held the Rangers in check over the next five and left the mound in a 1-1 tie. Skubal allowed at least one baserunner in each inning, but he was still able to earn a quality start despite not having his best stuff. Through 12 starts, Skubal, who has not walked more than two batters in any game this season, has posted a sparkling 1.97 ERA, 0.88 WHIP and 86:13 K:BB and tentatively lines up for a home matchup against the Brewers on Sunday.

Eovaldi did not factor into the decision in Monday's 2-1 loss to the Tigers, allowing one run on three hits and no walks with seven strikeouts over 5.2 innings.

Eovaldi allowed a solo home run to Jake Rogers in the third inning but was otherwise fantastic, leaving the game in a 1-1 tie with two outs in the sixth. Eovaldi was pulled just shy of a quality start at 71 pitches, as he is getting eased back in after returning from the injured list (groin) May 28. Through nine starts, Eovaldi now owns a 2.70 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 53:19 K:BB and will aim to continue building up his pitch count against the Giants this weekend.

Francis (forearm) is likely to be activated from the 15-day injured list and pitch in some capacity Tuesday versus the Orioles, Ben Nicholson-Smith of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Whether Francis is deployed as a traditional starter or bulk reliever isn't yet clear, but he appears set to operate as the Blue Jays' primary pitcher. He's expected to be available to pitch four innings and/or 60 pitches. Francis, who has been out since late April with forearm tendinitis, turned in an 8.59 ERA, 1.70 WHIP and 17:7 K:BB in 14.2 innings across two starts and three extended relief appearances before landing on the shelf.

France (shoulder) has yet to resume a throwing program at Triple-A Sugar Land, Chandler Rome of The Athletic reports.

France hasn't pitched in more than a month after injuring his right shoulder in his first start after being optioned to Sugar Land. It's uncertain when he might be cleared to throw, but certainly he's not going to be an option for Sugar Land (or the Astros) for a while.

Rodriguez (back) is slated to make his next rehab appearance Wednesday for Triple-A Buffalo as a reliever, Shi Davidi of Sportsnet.ca reports.

Though Rodriguez has started in each of his last three rehab outings, the Blue Jays want to have the right-hander get comfortable with working out of the bullpen in case he ends up being deployed in that capacity upon returning from the 15-day injured list. Even while he's set to come on in relief Wednesday, Rodriguez is still expected to increase his workload, as he's being targeted for around 55 pitches. If all goes well Wednesday, Rodriguez could make his next appearance with the Blue Jays, potentially as a replacement in the rotation for the injured Alek Manoah (elbow). Bowden Francis (forearm) also appears on track to return from the IL in the near future, and he and Rodriguez could end up forming a tandem for the fifth spot in the rotation if the Blue Jays don't want to commit to either as a traditional starter.

Kremer (triceps) threw a light bullpen session Monday, Matt Weyrich of The Baltimore Sun reports.

It's the first time Kremer has thrown a bullpen since being placed on the injured list May 21 due to a right triceps strain. The 28-year-old right-hander is eligible to return from the IL on June 5, though general manager Mike Elias noted Monday that Kremer will need a rehab assignment before returning to the majors. Before his injury, Kremer posted a 3-4 record over nine starts with a 4.32 ERA and 1.12 WHIP across 50 innings.
