The Diamondbacks recalled Montes De Oca from Triple-A Reno on Monday.

Montes De Oca served as the Diamondbacks' 27th for Saturday's twin bill against the Reds. He was optioned to Triple-A on Sunday, but he's back with the big club after Kendall Graveman (hip) was placed on the 15-day injured list. Montes De Oca made his major-league debut in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader, allowing no hits and one walk while striking out two across 2.2 scoreless innings.

The Phillies optioned Robert to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Monday.

The 30-year-old right-hander didn't make an appearance following his weekend promotion and will head back to Triple-A after Zack Wheeler was reinstated from the paternity list. In two games with the Phillies this season, Robert has a 13.50 ERA and 2:3 K:BB across 0.2 innings of action.

The Cardinals optioned Svanson to Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

Svanson was roughed up in Sunday's loss to the Dodgers, throwing 52 pitches across two innings of work out of the bullpen. He was tagged for one hit, three walks, two hit batsmen and two earned runs. The Cardinals needed some fresh arms and recalled both Riley O'Brien and Chris Roycroft ahead of Monday's series opener against the Blue Jays.

Roycroft was sent down to Triple-A on May 23 and hasn't fared much better against lesser competition. Despite his 8.49 ERA and 1.97 WHIP at Triple-A, Roycroft is back with St. Louis. In 12 appearances out of the Cardinals' bullpen this season, Roycroft (1-3) has a 7.20 ERA and 6:8 K:BB across 10 innings of work.

The Cardinals recalled O'Brien from Triple-A Memphis on Monday.

O'Brien was sent down to Triple-A on Saturday but is back with the Cardinals ahead of their series opener against Toronto. O'Brien boasts a 6.23 ERA and 3:2 K:BB across 4.1 innings of work out of the St. Louis bullpen this season.

The Mets selected Garza from Triple-A Syracuse on Monday, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

Garza was acquired from the Giants in exchange for cash considerations over the weekend and will join the big club, taking the roster spot of fellow reliever Brandon Waddell. The 31-year-old Garza appeared in 19 games at Triple-A with San Francisco's organization and posted a 6.11 ERA and 10.2 K/9 across 17.2 innings out of the bullpen.

The Mets optioned Waddell to Triple-A Syracuse on Monday, Will Sammon of The Athletic reports.

Waddell pitched in two games for the Mets since his latest promotion and has appeared in four contests overall this season, registering a 3.38 ERA and 7:2 K:BB across 10.2 innings of relief. In a corresponding move, the Mets recalled Justin Garza, whom they just acquired in a trade with the Giants over the weekend.

Peralta earned a hold against Milwaukee on Sunday, retiring the only batter he faced on one pitch.

Peralta entered in the bottom of the seventh inning with San Diego up 1-0 and with runners on first and second base. The southpaw threw a 94 mph sinker to Brice Turang, who lined out to shortstop to end the frame. Peralta thus notched his first hold since April 16 against the Cubs. He has a mediocre 3.81 ERA and has struggled with his control this season, issuing 14 walks over 28.1 innings, but take away a six-run blowup against the Yankees in early May and Peralta would have a 1.95 ERA across 27 games.

Montas (lat) threw 76 pitches (43 strikes) in a rehab start for Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday, giving up three runs on four hits and three walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out two.

While the results weren't pretty, the pitch count is what matters for Montas as he gets closer to making his Mets debut after suffering a lat injury in mid-February. The right-hander's 30-day rehab assignment won't run out until June 24 and New York doesn't have an immediate need in the rotation, so Montas is likely to remain at Syracuse for a couple more starts in an effort to improve his performance before being activated from the injured list.

Harrison (elbow) is listed as the Giants' probable starter for Tuesday's game against the Rockies in Colorado.

Harrison's previous start last Wednesday against the Padres was cut short after he was struck on the left elbow by a comebacker midway through the fifth inning, but he escaped the incident with nothing more than a bruise. The southpaw was able to complete his between-starts bullpen session over the weekend and looks set to pitch Tuesday with no restrictions. However, Harrison -- who owns a 4.73 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 12:4 K:BB in 13.1 innings over his previous three starts -- won't make for a comfortable streaming option in a road start at hitter-friendly Coors Field.
