Miller will visit specialist Dr. Neal ElAttrache for a second opinion on his tight right forearm, Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic reports.

Miller described the forearm tightness he's going through as something he has never experienced before. The Diamondbacks have expressed optimism that there isn't the kind of physical damage that would force a significant DL trip, but a trip to Dr. ElAttrache is rarely a precursor to good news.

Suter was officially optioned to Triple-A Colorado Springs on Monday.

A brutal start to the season (four earned runs with a 5:4 K:BB over five appearances) made Suter the obvious man out with Matt Garza returning from the disabled list. Expect Suter to be up and down all year, as the Brewers have little left-handed relief depth in their organization.

Bracho was recalled by the Diamondbacks from Triple-A Reno on Monday, Steve Gilbert of MLB.com reports.

Bracho's promotion allows Arizona fill the roster spot left open by Shelby MIller's trip to the disabled list. The 24-year-old right-hander has gotten off to a nice start with Triple-A Reno in 2017, as he has yet to allow an earned run in 6.2 innings of work.

Miller (forearm) was placed on the 10-day disabled list Monday, Jack Magruder of FanRag Sports reports.

After leaving Sunday's game with right forearm tightness, Miller will now be forced to miss one start at the very least. The next step will be determining just how severe his injury is, which could be the difference between missing weeks as opposed to months. After a disappointing first season with the Diamondbacks, Miller had experienced a slightly improved start to 2017, posting a 4.09 ERA and 3.31 FIP in 22 innings.

Pivetta is expected to be called up from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to start Wednesday's game against the Marlins, Jim Salisbury of CSN Philadelphia reports.

The Phillies aren't expected to announce the roster move until Wednesday, but it appears Pivetta will enter the rotation in place of Aaron Nola (back), who hit the disabled list Monday and will miss at least one turn in the rotation. While the 24-year-old isn't a major prospect, he fared well during his five-start sample at Triple-A to close out 2016 and has been even more dominant to open 2017. In his three starts with Lehigh Valley, Pivetta has given up three runs (two earned) over 19 innings while striking out 24 batters. Assuming Nola's injury proves to be a short-term concern, Pivetta may not stick with the Phillies for long, but he could be worth a flyer in NL-only leagues.

Erceg went 2-for-4 with a home run and two RBI in a game with High-A Carolina on Sunday.

Erceg is getting his first taste of High-A action this season, and he's faring well early on, hitting .302/.327/.434 through 13 games. As the Brewers' top third-base prospect, he'll see regular playing time all season.

Vizcaino allowed a double and back-to-back home runs without recording an out during the eighth inning of Sunday's loss to Philadelphia.

The poor outing saddled Vizcaino with his first loss of the season and upped his ERA to 5.00. He features an impressive pitch arsenal and has struck out 61 batters over his last 47.2 innings dating back to last season. However, his 4.53 ERA and 1.57 WHIP during that stretch have stifled the value of those whiffs.

Rodriguez (1-0) picked up his first career win Sunday after facing two batters and retiring both (with one strikeout) in a 5-2 victory over the Braves.

Rodriguez has a 5.73 ERA after allowing seven runs over his first four games, but he's settled in, holding the opposition scoreless in his last five appearances. He has seen most of his work in the sixth and seventh innings, but Rodriguez will occasionally be asked to work the eighth inning, which was the case Sunday.

Miller admitted that he has never experienced forearm tightness like this before but also said, "Physically I don't think there's any damage done at all."

Miller was lifted in the top of the fifth inning after allowing back-to-back walks (Nos. 4 and 5 of the outing for him) and a double to Corey Seager. He will be evaluated Monday, and it would make sense if that evaluation included an MRI as the Diamondbacks will presumably want to get the full picture with the injury before deciding on a course of action.
