Ottavino gave up a pair of runs on two hits and a walk in one-third of an inning Sunday against the Dodgers.

Owners who hold stock in Greg Holland were likely happy that this outing led to a save chance for Holland, but anyone speculatively hanging onto Ottavino has been hung out to dry lately. The setup man has allowed runs in three of his last four appearances, posting a 1:6 K:BB in that span. There is a silver lining, however, in leagues where holds count: Sunday's outing handed Ottavino his 12th of the year, putting him on pace to demolish his career high of 21.

Barraclough allowed two hits and a walk in a scoreless seventh inning Sunday to get credited with his first win of the season in a 3-1 victory over the Braves.

The inning could have quickly gotten away from the right-hander, but Marcell Ozuna threw out Adonis Garcia trying to advance to third base on Freddie Freeman's single for the first out and Barraclough took control after that. While Sunday's walk was intentional, it still helps bloat a 7.7 BB/9 through 16.1 inning, which has left the 26-year-old with a 1.65 WHIP on the season. His strikeout potential makes him intriguing, but Barraclough will need to find the plate more often if he's going to be a reliable fantasy asset.

Neris earned his fourth save Sunday with a scoreless inning in a 4-3 win over the Nationals.

Neris allowed a hit, but he needed just 10 pitches to close out the first game of a doubleheader. Manager Pete Mackanin has shown confidence in Neris by continuing to send him out for save chances despite some struggles since he became the de facto closer.

Yates tossed a scoreless inning and picked up his second hold in Sunday's loss to the White Sox.

The 30-year-old has excelled with the Padres after being claimed off waivers from the Angels on April 26. He has a 9:2 K:BB ratio and has yet to allow a run through 7.1 innings. Yates has a spotty track record in the majors, but he has always possessed the ability to miss bats and could see more hold opportunities on a team that lacks reliable right-handed relievers behind closer Brandon Maurer.

Adleman (neck) isn't expected to miss his next turn in the rotation, C. Trent Rosecrans of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

Adleman left his start after just one inning due to neck soreness, though he and manager Bryan Price both said afterward that he wouldn't be forced to miss his next outing due to the ailment. This still leaves him lined up to start Friday against the Rockies.

Adleman exited Sunday's game with neck tightness.

Adleman's next scheduled start is Friday against Rockies. As of now, there's no word as to whether or not he'll be ready to pitch said game, so consider him day-to-day until further notice.

Adleman managed to pitch just a single inning before his departure. It was a rough frame for the righty, as he gave up four runs on three hits and two walks. Specific details pertaining to Adleman's injury will become available after the team has the chance to further examine him.

Bracho was recalled from Triple-A Reno on Sunday.

With Chris Iannetta (concussion) being placed on the 7-day disabled list, the Diamondbacks decided to add another arm to their bullpen. Bracho has been solid at Reno this season, as he's allowed just three runs over 13.2 innings (11 games) and struck out 24 batters in that time. However, he's yet to find his groove in the show, as he owns a 5.87 ERA and 1.49 WHIP for his major-league career.

Melancon (elbow) played catch Saturday and Sunday, Alex Pavlovic of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

Depending on how Melancon feels following Sunday's workout, he may throw a bullpen session Monday. The Giants hope to activate him from the disabled list once he's eligible on May 16, so his increased level of throwing activity would suggest that remains a possibility.

Grace was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse and will serve as the Nationals' 26th man for Sunday's doubleheader with the Phillies, Dan Kolko of MASN reports.

Grace will give the Nationals an extra innings eater out of the bullpen in the event that either Gio Gonzalez or Max Scherzer isn't able to work deep into his respective start Sunday. Expect Grace to return to Syracuse once the doubleheader is completed.
