Kolarek was recalled by the Dodgers on Monday.

Kolarek was optioned Thursday but will be back in the big leagues just four days later with Joe Kelly (shoulder) heading to the injured list. Kolarek hasn't allowed a run in four appearances thus far this season, allowing just two hits and no walks in 3.1 innings.

Kelly landed on the 10-day injured list with shoulder inflammation Monday.

The Dodgers were already likely to be without Kelly for some time, as the hearing on his appeal of the eight-game suspension he was handed for throwing near the heads of a pair of Astros' hitters back in late July is scheduled to happen Monday. He'll now also miss an unspecified amount of time due to injury as well. He'll be eligible to return next Wednesday, as the move was made retroactive to Sunday, though it's not clear if he's expected to do so.

Patino worked 1.2 innings out of the bullpen in Sunday's 9-5 win over the Diamondbacks, giving up two runs on two hits and four walks while striking out three.

Patino was viewed as a potential candidate to replace the struggling Joey Lucchesi in the Padres' rotation this week, but his usage out of the bullpen Sunday officially took him out of the mix. Should another rotation spot open up at any point, the young right-hander may not be the next man up for a starting assignment after two rough showings out of the bullpen to begin his big-league career. He was previously tagged for three runs on three hits over two innings in his MLB debut Aug. 5 versus the Dodgers.

Williams tossed a scoreless seventh inning in Sunday's victory over the Reds.

Williams earned a spot on the Brewers' Opening Day roster this season for the first time, and he has found himself working in key situations early on, with each of his five appearances coming when the Brewers have either been tied or ahead on the scoreboard. He has proven up to the task, allowing just one earned run (1.69 ERA) while punching out 10 batters over 5.1 innings of relief.

Suter picked up his second win of the season in Sunday's victory over the Reds. He tossed two innings and allowed three hits in the contest.

Suter allowed two earned runs in each of his first two outings of the season, but he been far better since, tossing two scoreless innings in each of his last two appearances while giving up four hits and posting a 3:0 K:BB. He will continue holding down a multi-inning role out of the Brewers bullpen.

Howard (0-1) allowed four runs on seven hits and a walk over 4.2 innings Sunday, striking out four batters and taking the loss in the second game of the doubleheader against Atlanta.

Howard made his big-league debut against a hungry Braves lineup. He yielded a two-run shot to Freddie Freeman in the third inning and a solo blast to Ronald Acuna in the fifth. If Howard gets another turn in the rotation, he should see the Mets at home on Friday.

Rogers (1-3) allowed two runs on two hits and recorded his only out via strikeout, taking the loss Sunday versus the Dodgers.

Rogers gave up a three-run home run to A.J. Pollock in the seventh inning, which gave the Dodgers a 3-2 lead and left Rogers with the loss. The 29-year-old has five holds but also carries an unsightly 11.88 ERA and 1.58 WHIP across 8.1 innings this season. He's had three bad outings and six clean ones. Rogers has been too inconsistent to have much fantasy appeal in standard mixed leagues.

Lamet (2-0) allowed one run on one hit across 6.2 innings Sunday, striking out 11 and earning the win over the Diamondbacks.

Lamet was nothing short of dominant against Arizona on Sunday. The 28-year-old righty carried a no-hitter through six innings before allowing a leadoff homer to Kole Calhoun in the seventh. In 22.1 innings this season, Lamet owns a stellar 1.61 ERA and 28:7 K:BB. He'll see the Diamondbacks again -- this time on the road -- Friday.

Melancon earned the save in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Phillies, allowing no runs on one hit and no walks. He struck out zero.

Melancon has been dominant over his first five innings this year. He hasn't allowed any runs while posting a 0.80 WHIP across five appearances. As a result, he's been rewarded with three saves and a win. The right-hander likely still carries a relatively short leash due to the Braves' depth among their late relievers, but he hasn't done anything to make the team question putting him in during save situations.

Matzek (2-0) fired 1.2 scoreless innings as he earned the win in Game 1 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Phillies. He allowed no hits and two walks while striking out one.

Matzek has been sharp out of the bullpen to begin the season as he still hasn't allowed any runners to cross the plate, and he was rewarded with his second win in his last three appearances during the first game of Sunday's doubleheader. Despite his recent string of victories, the left-hander has limited fantasy value as a middle reliever.
