Yennsy Diaz RP | NYM
Mets' Yennsy Diaz: Back with Mets
Diaz was recalled from Triple-A Syracuse on Sunday.
The right-hander was sent to Triple-A on June 23 and will rejoin the Mets on Sunday with Sean Reid-Foley (elbow) landing on the injured list. Diaz has given up three earned runs on five hits with eight strikeouts and four walks across 6.1 innings this season.

John Curtiss RP | ARI
Marlins' John Curtiss: Dealing with neck stiffness
Curtiss was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with neck stiffness, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.
Curtiss last pitched one-third of an inning June 30 and has now landed on the injury list with the neck issue. Jordan Holloway was recalled from Triple-A Jacksonville in a corresponding move.

Tyler Rogers RP | TOR
Giants' Tyler Rogers: Picks up 14th hold
Rogers allowed a hit and struck out one in one inning to earn a hold in Saturday's 6-5 win over Arizona.
The right-hander appears to have shifted back into a setup role, as he has accrued four holds and one save in his eight outings following a blown save June 9. Rogers hasn't allowed a run since that misstep, giving up only five hits while striking out eight in eight innings. Manager Gabe Kapler has alternated between Rogers and Jake McGee as the closer for stretches this season, as both have pitched well late in games. For the year, Rogers has a 1.36 ERA, 0.93 WHIP and 23:6 K:BB while piling up nine saves and 14 holds in 39.2 innings.

Mason Thompson RP | TEX
Padres' Mason Thompson: Returns to Triple-A
Thompson was optioned to Triple-A El Paso on Sunday, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
The 23-year-old was added to the big-league roster June 20 and appeared in four games during his first taste of the majors. Thompson will head back to Triple-A after giving up a run on four hits with two strikeouts and a walk over three frames.

Nick Mears RP | KC
Pirates' Nick Mears: Rejoins big-league club
Mears was recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday.
The 24-year-old had a five-day stint in the majors in late May but didn't make his season debut during his time with the team. Mears has struggled at Triple-A this season with a 6.19 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 23:8 K:BB over 16 innings.

Kyle Finnegan RP | DET
Nationals' Kyle Finnegan: Throws simulated game
Finnegan (hamstring) threw a simulated game Sunday morning, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.
Given the righty's fairly brief absence, it's possible the simulated game may deem a rehab assignment unnecessary, in which case Finnegan would be no more than a couple days from returning. There's been no indication from the Nationals, however, of whether he'll head to Triple-A Rochester for some additional work.

Garrett Cleavinger RP | TB
Dodgers' Garrett Cleavinger: Starting bullpen game
Cleavinger will start Sunday's game against the Nationals, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.
The left-hander will be the first pitcher for Los Angeles on Sunday as manager Dave Roberts employs a bullpen game in place of Trevor Bauer (administrative leave). Cleavinger hasn't pitched more than two frames in an appearance this season, so he's unlikely to offer much length beyond that in the series finale at Washington.

Blake Treinen RP | LAD
Dodgers' Blake Treinen: Notches 16th hold
Treinen pitched a perfect inning during which he struck out one to earn the hold against Washington on Saturday.
Treinen has consistently and effectively served as a bridge to closer Kenley Jansen this season, as he is tied with teammate Victor Gonzalez for third in the league with 16 holds. The right-hander had no problem handling the Nationals while pitching with a one-run, eighth-inning lead Saturday, setting down the side in order on 16 pitches. Treinen holds a 3.03 ERA, 1.16 WHIP and 38:10 K:BB across 32.2 innings this season.

Edwin Uceta RP | TB
Dodgers' Edwin Uceta: Officially recalled from Triple-A
The Dodgers recalled Uceta from Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday.
As expected, the righty joins the Dodgers to help get through Sunday's bullpen game against the Nationals. Uceta allowed five runs in 1.2 innings in his last outing June 20, so he may not stick around with the big club long after Sunday's game.

Brusdar Graterol RP | LAD
Dodgers' Brusdar Graterol: Optioned to Triple-A
The Dodgers optioned Graterol to Triple-A Oklahoma City on Sunday.
Graterol earned a win Saturday night, striking out two in a perfect inning of relief. The righty has displayed his typical velocity in two appearances since returning, consistently touching triple digits with his sinker and ensuring uncomfortable at-bats for opposing hitters. Edwin Uceta was recalled in a corresponding move, but he may just be up for Sunday's bullpen game. Considering how he's looked this weekend, Graterol figures to be back with the Dodgers in a couple days once he's rested.
