McKinley Moore RP | NYY
Phillies' McKinley Moore: Moved to Philadelphia
The Phillies acquired Moore from the White Sox on Tuesday in exchange for outfielder Adam Haseley, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
A 2019 14th-round draft pick out of Arkansas-Little Rock, Moore split time between Low-A Kannapolis and High-A Winston-Salem in 2021. Between the two affiliates, the 23-year-old righty produced a 4.20 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 59:21 K:BB across 40.2 innings, all of which came in relief.

Drey Jameson RP | ARI
Diamondbacks' Drey Jameson: Makes Cactus League debut
Jameson allowed a run on one hit and struck out three over two innings to earn a save in Monday's spring training game against the Dodgers.
The right-handed Jameson, picked 34th overall in 2019 by Arizona, hit 100 mph multiple times during his first Cactus League appearance, per Nick Piecoro of the Arizona Republic. "His command of the baseball, that's the thing that stands out to me more than anything else," manager Torey Lovullo said of Jameson. "It's 100 with command... There's a lot of weapons there. He's pitching, not just throwing." Jameson had a 3.98 ERA and 1.21 WHIP with 145 strikeouts and 36 walks over a combined 110.2 innings (21 appearances, 20 starts) at High-A Hillsboro and Double-A Amarillo in 2021.

Corbin Martin RP | CHC
Diamondbacks' Corbin Martin: Makes second spring appearance
Martin allowed two runs on two hits and one walk while striking out two over 2.2 innings in a spring training start against the Dodgers on Monday.
Martin made his second appearance and first start of the Cactus League. Both outings were for multiple innings, so he's being stretched out as a potential starter for Arizona, which is looking to fill the fifth spot in the rotation. Zach Davies is the leading candidate, but he may not be ready the first week of the season. If Martin doesn't stick with the Diamondbacks -- as a starter or long reliever -- he'll likely serve as a starter at Triple-A Reno.

Reed Garrett RP | NYM
Nationals' Reed Garrett: Gets cut Monday
The Nationals reassigned Garrett to minor-league camp Monday, Matt Weyrich of NBC Sports Washington reports.
Garrett fell short in his bid for the Nationals' Opening Day bullpen and is expected to begin the season at Triple-A Rochester. The 29-year-old right-hander's lone MLB action came with the Tigers in 2019, when he turned in an 8.22 ERA over 15.1 innings.

Jose Rodriguez RP | SEA
Mets' Jose Rodriguez: Goes to minor-league camp
The Mets reassigned Rodriguez to minor-league camp Monday, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.
Rodriguez, who was attending big-league camp as a non-roster invitee, previously made 10 appearances in the majors with the Angels between the 2019 and 2020 seasons. He most recently spent the 2021 campaign in Atlanta's organization at Triple-A Gwinnett, starting in 17 of his 19 appearances and posting a 5.29 ERA and 1.38 WHIP across 78.1 innings. The 26-year-old righty is expected to contend for a spot in the rotation at the Mets' Triple-A affiliate in Syracuse.

Andre Jackson RP | PIT
Dodgers' Andre Jackson: Sent to minor-league camp
Jackson was sent to minor-league camp Monday, Eric Stephen of SBNation.com reports.
Jackson made his major-league debut last season, tossing 11.2 innings. His 2.31 ERA over that small sample looks strong, but his 10:6 K:BB wasn't particularly impressive. He should be an option for the Dodgers at some point this year but won't break camp with the big-league squad.

Yennsy Diaz RP | NYM
Mets' Yennsy Diaz: Won't make Opening Day roster
Diaz was sent to minor-league camp by the Mets on Monday, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Diaz was a late arrival to spring training due to visa issues and was unable to earn a spot on New York's Opening Day roster. He made 20 appearances out of the bullpen for the Mets last season and had a 5.40 ERA, 1.48 WHIP and 21:12 K:BB across 25 innings.
-
Freddy Pacheco RP | DET
Cardinals' Freddy Pacheco: Sent down by Cardinals
Pacheco was optioned to Triple-A Memphis on Monday, John Denton of MLB.com reports.
Pacheco made two relief appearances in the Grapefruit League this year and allowed a run on three hits and no walks while striking out one in two innings. However, he'll begin the 2022 campaign in Memphis after advancing to the Triple-A level late in 2021.

Luke Jackson RP | SEA
Braves' Luke Jackson: Dealing with forearm tightness
Jackson is day-to-day with forearm tightness, Justin Toscano of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.
Forearm tightness can sometimes be the first sign of a very serious injury, though the fact that Jackson is merely considered day-to-day may suggest that this isn't one of those cases. While he's resumed throwing, the issue has so far prevented him from pitching in a Grapefruit League game, so it's possible he'll be forced to open the season on the injured list even if his forearm tightness proves to be relatively minor.

Reiver Sanmartin RP | SF
Reds' Reiver Sanmartin: Battling for rotation spot
Sanmartin is one of the candidates for the Reds' three open rotation spots to begin the season, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Sanmartin enjoyed a breakout of sorts last season, culminating in two starts at the end of the season with the big club. Working against him is that he doesn't throw all that hard, averaging 89.4 mph with his fastball, but he is very deceptive and has good offspeed pitches. The Reds view him as a pitcher that can both start or relieve. "Sanmartin gives us great flexibility because he can be a starter," manager David Bell said. "He could potentially also be a reliever. We don't have a lot of left-handed options in the bullpen. It's nice to have the ability to do either, depending on how everything else shakes out."
