Milner will be part of the Angels' 60-man roster.

Milner, who is not on the 40-man roster, received an invite to spring training this season prior to the shutdown. He appeared in just four games at the major-league level last season, but posted a 3.06 ERA with 12 saves in 50 appearances with Triple-A Durham. The lefty will offer bullpen depth at the major-league level and is unlikely to earn any high-leverage work.

Adams (knee) is part of the Mariners' 60-man player pool that will report to the team's summer camp, Greg Johns of MLB.com reports.

The 29-year-old reliever has reportedly overcome his knee issues over the time play has been paused, and he'll now have a shot to make a case for a spot on the expanded 30-man rosters teams will be allowed to field over the first two weeks of the season. Adams is still on the 60-day injured list and consequently off the 40-man roster, but Johns predicts the right-hander will make the cut if he proves his health over summer camp.

Red Sox manager Ron Roenicke said that McHugh (elbow) will be ready to throw bullpen sessions when the team opens "summer camp" Friday, Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald reports.

McHugh hasn't yet had the chance to throw in front of the Red Sox staff after not signing with the organization until early March before MLB suspended its season less than two weeks later. He's been slow to recover from the tenex procedure he required in his right elbow late in 2019, as he didn't even initiate a throwing program until early April. Roenicke indicated that the Red Sox will see how he looks during bullpen sessions before gauging his availability for Opening Day and determining whether he's a better fit in the rotation or in the bullpen.

Tapia was added to the Red Sox's 60-man player pool.

Tapia, who is not on the 40-man roster, spent his first year with the Red Sox in 2019, playing a full season at Triple-A Pawtucket. He was used out of the bullpen 43 times and made one start for the PawSox. The 28-year-old has spent 10 seasons in the minors, never reaching MLB, and has 94 games worth of experience at the Triple-A level. Tapia's role in 2020 will be no different than it was in 2019: an available bullpen arm that may get called up in case of an injury to a member of Boston's bullpen. Even then, there will be several other relievers considered before Tapia.

The White Sox announced Monday that Lambert (elbow) will be included as part of the team's 60-man roster pool.

Lambert is just over a year removed from Tommy John surgery, so he won't necessarily be ready to go when the MLB season resumes July 23 or 24. Even so, the White Sox's decision to include him in in their player pool suggests Lambert is expected to be ready to go at some point before 2020 ends. Prior to getting hurt last June, Lambert spent the 2019 campaign at Double-A Birmingham, posting a 4.55 ERA, 1.51 WHIP and 70:27 K:BB across 59.1 innings spanning 11 starts.

Dubin was added to the Astros' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Dubin, who is not on the 40-man roster, is a rail-thin starting pitcher that achieved a noteworthy level of success at High-A Fayetteville in 2019. Not much was expected of the 402nd overall pick (13th round) in the 2018 draft out of tiny Georgetown College (Kentucky), but Dubin put himself on the radar last season. The right-hander posted a 3.92 ERA (2.34 FIP) while striking out 132 and walking 42 over 98.2 innings, including 18 starts, for the Woodpeckers. He likely would have started the season at Double-A Corpus Christi, so the Astros are expected stash him in the alternate camp, where the 6-foot-1, 154-pounder can continue his development.

Speas was added to the Rangers' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Speas, who is not on the 40-man roster, is an intriguing sleeper candidate for the abbreviated 60-game season. The 22-year-old right-hander has no restrictions after undergoing Tommy John elbow surgery in 2018. He appeared in two rookie-league games in 2019 and, prior to the shutdown, was expected to advance quickly through the minor-league system in 2020 and possibly pitch in the majors, per Evan Grant of the Dallas Morning News. His fastball reached 102 mph during spring training.

Then will be part of the Mariners' 60-man training roster.

The Mariners essentially added all of their top prospects, including Then, along with members of the 40-man roster. Then, who was acquired last summer from the Yankees for Edwin Encarnacion, has only logged three starts at Low-A (2.25 ERA, 0.69 WHIP) so he probably won't see any MLB action in 2020.

Campbell will be part of the Mariners' 60-man training roster.

The Mariners are essentially inviting all of their best prospects along with members of the 40-man roster. Campbell, the No. 76 overall pick in 2019, has not yet pitched professionally and is highly unlikely to actually pitch in the majors this season.

Law was named to the Rangers' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Law, who is not on the 40-man roster, has 167 games of MLB experience over the last four seasons with the Giants and Blue Jays. He was used to close some games for Toronto when closer Ken Giles dealt with an elbow injury and was away on a paternity leave. Many relievers would need to be hurt for the Rangers to turn to Law as a closer, but his experience could make him one of the first callups should an injury hit the bullpen. The 29-year-old right-hander posted a 4.90 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 67:40 K:BB ratio over 60.2 innings in 2019.
