Law was named to the Rangers' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Law, who is not on the 40-man roster, has 167 games of MLB experience over the last four seasons with the Giants and Blue Jays. He was used to close some games for Toronto when closer Ken Giles dealt with an elbow injury and was away on a paternity leave. Many relievers would need to be hurt for the Rangers to turn to Law as a closer, but his experience could make him one of the first callups should an injury hit the bullpen. The 29-year-old right-hander posted a 4.90 ERA, 1.66 WHIP and 67:40 K:BB ratio over 60.2 innings in 2019.

Herget was added to the Rangers' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Herget, who is not on the 40-man roster, made his MLB debut last season, when he appeared in three games for the Reds. The 26-year-old right-hander was designated for assignment twice during the offseason -- first by the Reds, then by the Rangers -- and eventually signed with Texas. His major-league experience, no matter how slight, helped him become part of the pool.

Gibaut was named to the Rangers' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Gibaut, who is not on the 40-man roster, was acquired by the Rangers in 2019 and appeared in nine games for Texas. Along with the one game he appeared in for the Rays, the 26-year-old right-hander finished with a 5.65 ERA, 1.53 WHIP and 16:10 K:BB ratio over 14.1 major-league innings. Gibaut has a history of high strikeout rates but also has command issues (7.5 BB/9 in 2019).

Scrubb was placed in the Astros' 60-man player pool Sunday.

Scrubb, who is not on the 40-man roster, is a 25-year-old relief pitcher that the Astros acquired from the Dodgers in 2019. He recorded three saves, a 3.71 ERA and 1.82 WHIP while striking out 20 and walking 10 over 17 innings for Double-A Corpus Christi last season. The team added several players like Scrubb that are not on the 40-man roster but have a depth of experience in the minors.

Kowar will be a part of the Royals' 60-man player pool this season, Enrique Rojas of ESPN Deportes reports.

One of the best pitching prospects in a system loaded with quality starting pitching prospects, Kowar has the best changeup of the young Royals hurlers and was hitting 98 mph with his fastball this spring. He may not get the MLB reps to provide fantasy value in 2020, but Kowar could develop into a No. 2 or No. 3 starter in time.

Cox will be a part of the Royals' 60-man player pool this season, Enrique Rojas of ESPN Deportes reports.

One of the more underrated pitching prospects in the minors, Cox has arguably the best command and control of any of the Royals' top pitching prospects, and he has a deep, quality arsenal. He has never pitched above High-A, so he is unlikely to play a major role in 2020, but he could have a very bright future.

Santiago will be a part of the Tigers' 60-man player pool this season.

The veteran lefty spent 2019 with the White Sox and Mets, turning in a rough 6.68 ERA across 33.2 big-league innings. He was competing for a bullpen spot when spring training was suspended and figures to work in long relief for the Tigers, which shouldn't amount to much from a fantasy perspective.

Ramirez will be a part of the Tigers' 60-man player pool this season.

Ramirez was competing for one of the team's final bullpen spots when spring training was suspended. The 30-year-old appeared in 46 games for the Tigers last year and turned in a decent 4.07 ERA across 79.2 innings. He'll give the Tigers a left-handed option in relief.

Morgan will be a part of the Indians' 60-man player pool this season.

The Indians are sending 15 of their best prospects, including Morgan, to train at an alternate site while the big leaguers train at Progressive Field. The 24-year-old righty spent the bulk of 2019 pitching at Double-A, where he logged a 3.79 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 104 strikeouts in 102 innings.

Leone will be a part of the Indians' 60-man player pool this season.

He is not on the 40-man roster but was in camp on a minor-league contract. While Leone isn't likely to pitch in high-leverage situations, he will be training with the big-leaguers at Progressive Field, so he should figure into the bullpen mix at some point this season.
