JT Chargois RP | TEX
Mariners' JT Chargois: Heads to minor-league camp
Chargois was reassigned to minor-league camp Monday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Chargois pitched the 2020 season in Japan, but he returned stateside in February on a minor-league deal with the Mariners. He threw only official two innings this spring, but he could land with the team at various points during the 2021 regular season as bullpen depth.

Justin Wilson RP | BOS
Yankees' Justin Wilson: Dealing with shoulder tightness
Wilson was diagnosed with tightness in his left shoulder after exiting Monday's contest early.
Wilson motioned to the dugout in the middle of his outing and quickly exited the game after speaking with a trainer. He will be re-evaluated Tuesday, though the injury has the potential to hold him out through the start of the regular season.

Yohan Ramirez RP | PIT
Mariners' Yohan Ramirez: Sent to alternate site
Ramirez was optioned to the alternate site Monday, Ryan Divish of The Seattle Times reports.
Ramirez was a Rule 5 pick for the team in 2019 and showed glimpses of promise in the shortened 2020 campaign, racking up 26 strikeouts across 20.2 innings of work while maintaining a 2.61 ERA. However, he was held back during spring training due to COVID-19 protocols and has made only one official appearance as a result. Ramirez will almost certainly be back with Seattle at some point this season and could be a candidate to work in high-leverage roles if he can control his pitches more effectively.

Brent Honeywell RP | LAD
Rays' Brent Honeywell: Returns to mound without issue
Honeywell touched 95 mph with his fastball and mixed in offspeed and breaking pitches during his outing Monday, Adam Berry of MLB.com reports.
Honeywell threw one inning and allowed one earned run on one hit and one walk in his first appearance in a live game since Sept. 19, 2017. He reportedly hit 95 mph with his fastball while also mixing in a slider and changeup. Most importantly, he left the outing healthy. Honeywell is likely to start the season at Triple-A Durham, but could have a shot to make his major-league debut at some point during the 2021 campaign.

Justin Wilson RP | BOS
Yankees' Justin Wilson: Exits with trainer
Wilson (undisclosed) exited Monday's game with a trainer, Lindsey Adler of The Athletic reports.
Wilson called to the dugout while on the mound and spoke to trainers before exiting the game. There are no details regarding the injury, though it could affect his status for Opening Day.

Jordan Romano RP | COL
Blue Jays' Jordan Romano: Keeps performing well
Romano struck out the side without allowing a hit during his appearance Monday.
Romano needed only 15 pitches to retire the side in order, nine of which went for strikes. He now has a 12:1 K:BB across five innings of work this spring and could be the favorite for saves in Toronto with Kirby Yates (arm) sidelined.

Connor Sadzeck RP | MIN
White Sox's Connor Sadzeck: Demoted to minors
Sadzeck was reassigned to minor-league camp Monday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Sadzeck was vying for a bullpen role in spring training, though he wasn't expected to open the season in the big leagues. He last pitched in the majors in 2019 as a member of the Mariners, logging a 2.66 ERA and 1.39 WHIP with a 27:15 K:BB across 23.2 innings.

Reynaldo Lopez RP | ATL
White Sox's Reynaldo Lopez: Optioned to alternate site
Lopez was optioned to the team's alternate training site Monday, Scott Merkin of MLB.com reports.
Lopez was battling for the fifth rotation spot, but was expected to serve as a reliever for the team even if he lost out on the role. However, he had a disastrous spring training, allowing 11 earned runs across 11 innings while surrendering three home runs and four walks. Lopez will likely pitch in the big leagues at some point this season, but he'll have to wait for injury or poor performance for his next opportunity.

A.J. Puk RP | ARI
Athletics' A.J. Puk: Struggles with command
Manager Bob Melvin said that Puk's struggles with command concerned him during Monday's outing, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.
Puk's velocity has been down during spring training, topping out at 92-93 mph in his last outing. However, Melvin was less concerned about the speed of Puk's pitches and more alarmed by his inability to hit his spots. Puk worked 1.2 innings and allowed three earned runs on three hits and two walks. With Mike Fiers (hip) unlikely to be ready for Opening Day, Puk is a candidate for the rotation to start the season, though Daulton Jefferies and Cole Irvin have outpitched him thus far.
