Hentges has allowed two runs in 6.1 innings since transitioning to a bullpen role.

Hentges was at his best in Sunday's 11-1 win over the Yankees, striking out the side in the ninth inning to end the lopsided contest. The southpaw had little success as a starter this year, but he's been more effective in a low-leverage relief role. Overall, the 25-year-old has a 6.86 ERA, 1.81 WHIP and 63:30 K:BB through 63 innings across 26 outings (12 starts).

Stephan struck out the side in a perfect inning during Sunday's 11-1 win over the Yankees.

Despite throwing just 11 of 20 pitches for strikes, Stephan was effective Sunday. The right-hander hasn't always been so fortunate in his first big-league season, posting a 4.63 ERA, 1.44 WHIP and 71:30 K:BB across 58.1 innings. He's added a 3-0 record, one save and two holds while often working in a low-leverage role since he's had some struggles with command.

Morgan (3-7) earned the win Sunday, allowing one run on six hits and striking out three in six innings versus the Yankees.

The 25-year-old's lone mistake was a solo home run to Gio Urshela in the third inning. Morgan has had his ups and downs this year, but he's put together strong efforts against tough opponents in two of his last three starts. The right-hander has a 5.68 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 73:21 K:BB in 77.2 innings across 16 starts. He's expected to draw a tough home start versus the White Sox next week.

Wells allowed five runs on six hits and a walk over five innings in Sunday's loss to Boston. He struck out three and did not factor in the decision.

The Red Sox jumped on Wells right out of the gate, scoring three runs in the first inning and adding another in the second. He then coughed up a solo homer to J.D. Martinez in the third frame. It was his second straight start giving up five runs, inflating his ERA to 7.96 through 31.2 innings this season. Wells is projected to face the Rangers at home next week.

Romano struck out one and hit a batter in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Sunday's 5-3 win over Minnesota.

The right-hander had little trouble closing out Minnesota, stretching his scoreless innings streak to six. Romano continues to thrive in the closer role, going 19-for-20 in save chances while adding five holds, a 7-1 record, 2.33 ERA, 1.03 WHIP and 76:21 K:BB across 58 innings.

The Angels plan to have Warren toss one more simulated game early in the week before reinstating him from the COVID-19 injured list, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

After completing a 17-pitch sim game earlier this weekend, Warren initially looked on track to rejoin the Angels' active roster ahead of Monday's series opener with Houston. Instead, the Angels will delay his return by a few days and have him get stretched out a little more by throwing a second sim game. Once reinstated, Warren should factor into the setup mix for Los Angeles after he struck out 10 over nine scoreless innings across his last six appearances with the big club before landing on the COVID-19 IL in late August.

Alexy is listed as the Rangers' starting pitcher for Monday's game against the White Sox.

Alexy piggybacked Spencer Howard in his last appearance Sept. 13 against the Astros, and the results were less than ideal. The rookie right-hander served up six runs on four hits and four walks across his 3.2 innings, though Alexy ended up avoiding the loss since Howard was touched up for six runs in 1.1 innings before him. Drew Anderson ended up working behind Howard in the latter's most recent outing Saturday against the White Sox, clearing the way for Alexy to work in a more traditional starting role to begin the penultimate week of the regular season. In his first two big-league starts, Alexy turned in scoreless outings against the Rockies and Angels, covering 11 frames between them while striking out 11 and allowing seven baserunners.

Loaisiga (shoulder) is expected to throw off flat ground three straight days this week before potentially returning to mound work next weekend, Pete Caldera of The Bergen Record reports.

Loasiga resumed throwing Friday and won't throw Monday before ramping up his throwing program again. The 27-year-old could return for the final week of the regular season if he continues to progress well in his recovery.

Krehbiel was designated for assignment by the Rays on Sunday, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.

Krehbiel had his contract selected Saturday and delivered a scoreless frame in his big-league debut, but it'll end up being a brief stay on the 40-man roster. He should head back to Triple-A Durham if he passes through waivers unclaimed.

Hernandez is now projected to make his next start Wednesday versus Cleveland, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander would have been available to pitch one game of Monday's doubleheader on regular rest, but he'll be pushed back a couple of days instead. Hernandez had shaky control in his last start Wednesday after he was moved up a day to make the outing. For the year, he's pitched to a 3.90 ERA, 1.30 WHIP and 73:38 K:BB while posting a 6-2 record in 23 appearances (10 starts).
