Raley (personal) was reinstated from the restricted list Monday.

Raley was unavailable for the Rays' five-game series in Toronto due to being unvaccinated, but he'll rejoin the team for its upcoming series in Boston. Over his last nine appearances, the southpaw has earned a save and a hold while striking out 14 in 10 scoreless innings.

Mata (elbow) was activated from Triple-A Worcester's 7-day injured list June 28 and assigned to Double-A Portland, with whom he's covered 7.1 innings while allowing two runs (one earned) on four hits and two walks while striking out eight across two appearances since being reinstated.

Even though he was optioned to Worcester coming out of spring training, Mata has yet to debut for Boston's top affiliate while working his way back from the Tommy John surgery he underwent last April. After making four rehab appearances between Single-A Salem and High-A Greenville, Mata looks like he'll settle in Portland's rotation for the time being. He covered four innings in his most recent outing for the Double-A club and looks to be fully stretched out at this point.

Otto is scheduled to make his next start Wednesday in Baltimore against the Orioles, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Even though Otto has been shelled for 10 earned runs on 10 hits and six walks while covering only six innings in his first two outings since returning from the COVID-19-related injured list, he built up enough goodwill prior to testing positive for the virus to maintain some security in the Texas rotation. He'll take a 5.63 ERA and 1.53 WHIP over 10 starts this season into his upcoming outing at Camden Yards.

Martinez is slated to make his next start with the Athletics on Tuesday against the Blue Jays in Oakland.

The rookie right-hander receives a second turn through the Oakland rotation despite lasting 4.2 innings while serving up seven earned runs on seven hits and two walks in his second career big-league start Thursday in Seattle. The Athletics aren't flush with capable options to replace Martinez in the rotation, but Austin Pruitt -- who struck out six and allowed one earned run in 4.1 innings of long relief Sunday against the Mariners -- could be the next man up to get a look in a starting role if Martinez falters again this week.

Megill (shoulder) struck out one over a scoreless inning Saturday in his rehab appearance for Triple-A St. Paul.

Megill could be activated from the 15-day injured list at some point in the next week. He'll likely fill a middle-relief or setup role for Minnesota after turning in a 2.08 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 15:5 K:BB across 13 innings prior to landing on the IL.

Tate pitched a perfect ninth inning with two strikeouts to earn the save in a 3-1 over the Twins on Sunday.

The Orioles setup man was called in to protect a two-run lead in a save situation after closer Jorge Lopez struggled his last couple of times out. Lopez gave up four earned runs on 0.1 innings pitched over his past two appearances to blow two saves and be tagged with two losses. It appears as if Orioles manager Brandon Hyde wanted to give Lopez a breather, and with Felix Bautista having pitched in two straight, Tate got the call.

Smeltzer (4-2) gave up three earned runs on six hits and a walk while striking out three over six innings to take the loss in a 3-1 defeat to the Orioles on Sunday.

Despite pitching a quality start, Smeltzer struck out only three Orioles and was done in by three solo shots to take his second loss of the year. His 85 pitches were the least that he has thrown since June 5th. The 26-year-old left-hander depends on precision control since his fastball tops out at around 90 mph. The Orioles took advantage of his lack of velocity by pouncing on a couple of 88 mph fastballs for home runs. Smeltzer is expected to take the mound Saturday at Texas.

Munoz secured his seventh hold in a win over the Athletics on Sunday, firing 1.1 perfect innings during which he recorded three strikeouts.

The right-hander pounded 12 of his 19 pitches in for strikes in what was his seventh straight appearance without allowing an earned run. Munoz is parlaying his elite stuff into plenty of late-inning success, as he's recorded three holds while pitching to a 1.76 ERA, 0.78 WHIP and 12.3 K/9 across the 15.1 innings covering his last 13 trips to the mound.

Cuas (2-0) retired the only batter he faced Sunday versus the Tigers, picking up the win.

Starter Brady Singer cruised through four innings but got into trouble in the fifth. Cuas then entered the game and retired Javier Baez on a lineout to escape a bases-loaded situation unscathed. The Royals didn't relinquish the lead, allowing Cuas to snag his second win of the year. He's put together a 3.2-inning scoreless streak over his last five outings, and he's still yet to give up more than a run in any appearance. The 28-year-old owns a 1.98 ERA, 1.17 WHIP and 10:6 K:BB with four holds in 13.2 innings across 17 appearances.

Adam struck out the only two batters he faced and earned a save over the Blue Jays on Sunday.

Adam finished off the 7-3 win in quick fashion after Shawn Armstrong ran into some trouble in the ninth inning. The 30-year-old righty needed just seven pitches to pick up his first save since June 9. Adam lowered his season ERA to 1.44 with a 35:8 K:BB through 34 appearances.
