Loaisiga (2-3) was tagged with the loss against Seattle on Tuesday, allowing an unearned run on two hits and a walk while recording one out in the 13th inning.

The teams played to a scoreless standstill through 12 frames, and Loaisiga was brought in to handle the 13th. He allowed a leadoff single to Cal Raleigh and issued an intentional walk to load the bases with one out before Luis Torrens notched a walkoff single. Since returning from a shoulder injury July 14, Loaisiga has posted a 5.63 ERA and 1.88 WHIP over eight innings and hasn't notched a hold or a save over 11 appearances. He doesn't appear to be among manager Aaron Boone's preferred high-leverage options at the moment.

Brash (3-3) picked up the victory in an extra-innings win over the Yankees on Tuesday, firing two scoreless frames in which he didn't allow any hits, issued two walks and recorded three strikeouts.

While his location wasn't always the sharpest, Brash navigated the 12th and 13th innings successfully over a total of 29 pitches. The right-hander has now put together six consecutive scoreless relief appearances since being recalled from Triple-A Tacoma on July 28, a sample of 6.1 innings.

Feyereisen (shoulder) will undergo an MRI on Thursday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Feyereisen was cleared to resume throwing recently but experienced discomfort afterward. A better idea of his status should come into focus following his examination Thursday.

Vespi (4-0) earned the win Tuesday over the Blue Jays. He struck out both batters he faced.

Louis Head allowed a pair of singles to begin the eighth inning, but Vespi was able to strike out Raimel Tapia and Teoscar Hernandez to end the threat. Vespi then fell in line for the win when Rougned Odor put the Orioles ahead in the bottom of the eighth. Vespi's season-long numbers are skewed by a six-run mishap in late June -- in his last five appearances, he's surrendered one run across 6.2 innings while collecting two wins and a hold. The southpaw's presence in a one-run contest Tuesday suggests he's working his way up the leverage ladder, though he's unlikely to be in serious contention for regular save chances as Felix Bautista continues to impress in the closer role.

Cuas earned the save in Game 1 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox by not allowing a baserunner and recording a strikeout over two-thirds of an inning. He also pitched in Game 2 and gave up a run on one hit with one strikeout and one walk in one inning.

Closer Scott Barlow entered during the eighth inning of the matinee to get out of a jam with two runners on and one out, and Cuas was called upon for the save after Dylan Coleman gave up a run while recording only one out. Cuas was promoted from Triple-A Omaha ahead of Tuesday's twin bill and has a 3.33 ERA and eight holds in 29 outings this year, and he shouldn't be expected to be a factor for saves going forward.

Hendriks earned the save in Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader in Kansas City after giving up a run on one hit with one strikeout and zero walks during the ninth inning.

The right-hander surrendered a leadoff single to Vinnie Pasquantino, who advanced to third base on a pair of wild pitches and scored on a sacrifice fly. It's the fourth time in eight outings since the All-Star break Hendriks has been scored upon, and he's allowed six earned runs with a 12:1 K:BB during that stretch. Overall he's 23-for-26 in save chances with a 3.26 ERA and 1.03 WHIP, so his positioning as Chicago's closer remains secure.

Bautista picked up the save Tuesday against the Blue Jays. He allowed one hit and zero walks while striking out one over one scoreless inning.

Despite an infield single off the bat of Santiago Espinal and an error which moved him to second, Bautista emerged unscathed to secure his sixth save of the season. Bautista has been nothing short of electric this season, with a fastball that routinely touches 100 mph, and a strikeout rate in the 98th percentile. As the Orioles continue winning games, Bautista should continue locking down saves.

Pressly picked up the save Tuesday, striking out two and allowing a hit in the ninth inning of a 7-5 victory over Texas.

After giving up a leadoff double, Pressly retired the next three batters to end the game. It was his 22nd save in 26 chances this season and his first appearance since July 31. He has a 1.29 ERA, 0.43 WHIP and 25:1 K:BB in 14 innings over his last 13 outings. He's nearing his career high of 26 saves recorded last season.

Heasley (1-7) was optioned to Triple-A Omaha after taking the loss in Game 2 of Tuesday's doubleheader against the White Sox. He gave up two runs on seven hits with five strikeouts and one walk over 5.1 innings.

The right-hander was called up as the 27th man to start Tuesday's nightcap, and the only runs he allowed came via solo homers from Lenyn Sosa and Yoan Moncada. It was Heasley's third straight loss in the majors, and he now has a 5.61 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 46:29 K:BB over 61 innings.

Banda agreed to a minor-league deal with the Mariners on Tuesday.

Banda was cut loose by the Blue Jays over the weekend a month after being acquired from the Pirates, and he'll now join his third team of 2022. The left-hander has a 5.88 ERA, 1.88 WHIP and 29:8 K:BB over 26 major-league innings this year.
