D'Arnaud is not starting Tuesday against Toronto.

D'Arnaud has started four of seven games since making his season debut Wednesday. Tyler Flowers, who starts behind the plate Tuesday, has started three games over that stretch.

Stallings will not start Tuesday against the Twins.

Stallings will sit for the fourth time in the season's first 11 games. John Ryan Murphy takes his place behind the plate.

D'Arnaud went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Monday's 7-2 loss to the Mets.

Tromp went 1-for-3 with a solo homer and two RBI in Monday's loss to Colorado.

Tromp connected with his second homer in as many days with a 445-foot blast in the third inning Monday. He later drove in a run with a sacrifice fly as part of a solid ninth-inning comeback attempt by the Giants. With the 25-year-old swinging a hot bat, he'll likely see more playing time behind the plate for San Francisco.

Mejia is not in the lineup Monday against the Dodgers.

Mejia had started the past two games at catcher, going 1-for-6 with a double and two strikeouts over that span. However, Austin Hedges will start behind the plate Monday, batting eighth.

Heineman isn't in the lineup Monday against the Rockies.

Heineman had alternated starts with Chadwick Tromp at catcher over the past few days. However, Tromp will start behind the dish for the second consecutive game Monday, batting eighth.

Caratini is not in the lineup Monday against the Royals.

Although Caratini managed to carve out playing time as the Cubs' designated hitter to begin the season, he'll sit Monday for the second consecutive contest. Kris Bryant (illness) will return to the starting lineup in left field while Kyle Schwarber will serve as the designated hitter.

Barnhart isn't in the lineup for Game 2 of Sunday's doubleheader against the Tigers.

Barnhart went 2-for-3 with one strikeout in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader. However, Curt Casali will get the nod at catcher for Game 2, batting fifth.

Smith is not in the lineup Sunday against the Diamondbacks, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.

Smith has alternated starts with Austin Barnes over the past five games, and that trend will continue Sunday after Smith went 1-for-4 with a strikeout during Saturday's contest.

Heineman is not in the lineup Sunday against the Rangers, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
