Realmuto was scratched from Friday's lineup due to a sore left hand. The Phillies have yet to offer a clear timetable for his return to action. Andrew Knapp will make another start behind the plate in Realmuto's absence.

Smith isn't starting Saturday's game against Milwaukee, Bill Plunkett of The Orange County Register reports.
Smith will get a day off after he went 2-for-7 in the last two games. Austin Barnes will start behind the plate and bat eighth.

Brewers' Omar Narvaez: Lands on injured list
Narvaez was placed on the 10-day injured list with a strained left hamstring Saturday.
Narvaez left Friday's game against the Dodgers with the injury, which was deemed to be serious enough to sideline him for at least 10 days following additional tests. He'll be eligible to return May 11, but it's not yet clear whether or not that's a realistic possibility. Mario Feliciano was recalled in a corresponding move and will back up Luke Maile during his time with the team.

Stallings will sit Saturday against the Cardinals, Kevin Gorman of TribLive.com reports.
Stallings has handled a heavy workload behind the plate this season, starting 19 of the team's first 26 games. Michael Perez will take over for him Saturday.

Contreras (thigh) isn't starting Saturday's game against the Reds.
Contreras exited Friday's series opener against Cincinnati due to mild right thigh tightness, and he'll be out of the lineup Saturday as a result. Tony Wolters will start behind the dish and bat eighth. Per Tony Andracki of Marquee Sports Network, Contreras believes he could play Saturday if necessary, so it doesn't sound as though he'll miss too much more time.

Reds' Tucker Barnhart: Takes seat Saturday
Barnhart isn't starting Saturday's game against the Cubs.
Barnhart will be out of the lineup for the second time in the last three games after he went 0-for-3 with a walk and three strikeouts Friday. Tyler Stephenson will start behind the dish.

Narvaez (hamstring) will undergo additional testing on his left hamstring Saturday, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.
Narvaez was removed from Friday's win over the Dodgers in the bottom of the sixth inning after he experienced hamstring tightness while running to first base. If Narvaez is unable to play Saturday, Luke Maile could take over behind the dish for Milwaukee.

Narvaez suffered the injury while running out a single in the bottom of the sixth inning, and he was immediately removed from the game after reaching first base. Prior to his departure, he went 1-for-3 with a strikeout. It's not yet clear whether Narvaez will be forced to miss additional time.
