Stallings isn't in the lineup Saturday against the Mets, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports.

Stallings went 0-for-3 with an RBI during Friday's win over the Mets and will take a seat for the second time in the last three games. Nick Fortes is starting behind the plate and batting ninth.

Kolozsvary was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Saturday.

Kolozsvary was called up last weekend to provide additional depth behind the dish, but he appeared in just one game during his time on the major-league roster. Michael Papierski should serve as the No. 2 catcher now that Tyler Stephenson (thumb) has been activated from the injured list.

Stephenson (thumb) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Saturday.

Stephenson sustained a fractured thumb June 9 but will rejoin the Reds exactly a month after the injury occurred. The 25-year-old went 4-for-15 with a double, a run, an RBI and eight strikeouts over four rehab games at Triple-A Louisville and should reclaim an everyday role now that he's back to full health. Mark Kolozsvary was sent down to make room for Stephenson on the active roster.

Contreras went 1-for-3 with a walk, a solo home run and a second run scored in Friday's win over the Nationals.

His third-inning shot was one of three Atlanta homers off Washington starter Erick Fedde in a 12-2 rout. Contreras has hit safely in six straight starts as he sees fairly consistent playing time between catcher and DH, and on the season the 24-year-old is slashing .266/.350/.568 with 11 homers, two steals, 22 runs and 22 RBI through 42 games.

Realmuto isn't starting Saturday's game against the Cardinals.

Realmuto started in the last six games and hit .238 with two homers, six RBI, three runs and a stolen base. However, he'll get a breather during the matchup Saturday afternoon while Garrett Stubbs starts behind the plate and bats ninth.

Bart is starting Friday's game against San Diego, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Bart was called up by the Giants on Wednesday and will be in the lineup for a third consecutive game Friday. Over the last two games, he's gone 1-for-4 with a double, an RBI and a strikeout.

Wynns isn't starting Friday's game against the Padres, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.

Wynns is out of the lineup for a third consecutive game and appears to have lost out on the primary catcher role following Joey Bart's recall. Bart is starting behind the dish and batting eighth Friday.

Contreras (hamstring) isn't starting Friday against the Dodgers.

Contreras continues to deal with a tight left hamstring and will be excluded from the lineup for a fourth consecutive game. Yan Gomes will be behind the plate while David Bote serves as the designated hitter.

Perez isn't in the lineup Friday against the Brewers.

Perez has gone 0-for-8 with a strikeout over his last three games and will sit for the second time in the last three matchups. Jason Delay is starting behind the dish and batting ninth.

Heineman (personal) was transferred to the family medical emergency list from the paternity list Friday, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic reports.

Heineman has been away from the team since Tuesday while on paternity leave, and he needs some more time with his family before rejoining the active roster. It's unclear when the 31-year-old is expected to rejoin the team. Jason Delay should continue to serve as Pittsburgh's backup to Michael Perez in the meantime.
