McCann is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus the Pirates, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.

McCann and Tomas Nido have alternated starts behind the plate over the past five contests, and that trend will continue after McCann started Saturday and went 0-for-4 with a strikeout. Nido will bat ninth in the series finale against Pittsburgh.

Adams is out of the lineup for Sunday's game versus Miami, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

The 26-year-old has started five of seven games since Keibert Ruiz (groin) landed on the injured list, though he'll step out of the lineup for Sunday's contest. Adams should continue to see an edge in playing time behind the plate with Ruiz not expected back this season, but Israel Pineda will start in the series finale against the Marlins.

D'Arnaud is not in the lineup for Sunday's game versus Philadelphia.

D'Arnaud started behind the plate in the first two games of the series but will take a seat for the finale. William Contreras will shift to catcher while Marcell Ozuna serves as the designated hitter.

Realmuto is out of the lineup for Sunday's game in Atlanta, Jim Salisbury of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.

Realmuto started the past six games and will sit in Sunday's series finale while mired in an 0-for-13 slump. Garrett Stubbs will take over behind the plate and bat ninth.

Nola isn't starting Saturday against the Diamondbacks, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.

Nola started the last two games and went 2-for-5 with a homer, a double, two runs and two RBI. Luis Campusano will take his place behind the dish and bat eighth Saturday.

Delay isn't starting Saturday against the Mets.

Delay has split playing time at catcher recently and will head to the bench for a second consecutive matchup. Tyler Heineman will start behind the plate and bat ninth.

Narvaez isn't starting Saturday against the Yankees.

Narvaez started the last two games and went 3-for-8 with a double, a run and a strikeout. Victor Caratini will take over behind the dish and bat eighth Saturday.

Contreras is starting Saturday against Philadelphia.

Contreras is in the lineup for a third consecutive game while Marcell Ozuna retreats to the bench. Contreras has been productive over the last two matchups, going 5-for-8 with a home run, two runs, two RBI and three strikeouts.

Gomes isn't starting Saturday against Colorado.

Gomes is getting a day off after he went 2-for-11 with a double, three RBI, a run and a stolen base over the last three games. P.J. Higgins will start behind the plate and bat fifth.

Contreras went 3-for-4 with a solo home run, an RBI single and two total runs scored in Friday's win over Philadelphia.

Contreras launched a solo shot in the fourth inning, then sent Austin Riley home on a single in the eighth. The homer was Contreras' 18th of the year and his first since Aug. 24. In six games this month, the catcher has gone 7-for-19 (.368), including five total hits in his last two games. Contreras is now slashing .279/.349/.521 on the season.
