Plouffe suffered an apparent abdominal injury during Sunday's game against the Angels, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Plouffe swung and hit a foul ball, then grabbed his side in discomfort. It is unclear how severe the injury to Plouffe's side is, but the Twins may provide an update on his status at the end of Sunday's game.

Segura is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Padres, according to Jody Jackson of Fox Sports Arizona.

Segura has cooled off since his hot start, going just 5-for-26 over his last seven games, so manager Chip Hale decided to give him a mental break Sunday. Brandon Drury will get the start at second base Sunday in Segura's place.

Escobar is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels, Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com reports.

Manager Paul Molitor will sit Escobar out for a second straight game with Eduardo Nunez thriving out of the gate this season, going 9-for-13 at the dish. With the Twins sitting on a 2-9 record through their first 11 games, expect Molitor to ride the hot hand between Nunez and Escboar while the team looks to facilitate more run production.

Devers went 0-for-4 for High-A Salem on Saturday. The highly-touted prospect has been held hitless in six of his first 10 games and is currently batting .143.

Devers is considered one of the big four prospects in the Red Sox's system and is the organization's top power prospect. This is his first exposure to the High-A level, so we're not overly alarmed at his poor start. He still maintains an advanced plate approach, striking out in just 12 percent of his plate appearances with more walks (six) than strikeouts (five). Be patient and don't allow predatory owners to part with him for less than he's worth.

Suarez went 1-for-5 with an RBI double and a run scored in Saturday's 9-8 victory over the Cardinals.

The 24-year-old shortstop's sixth-inning two-bagger plated Jordan Pacheco, and was part of a four-run frame that saw the Reds break a 4-4 tie. Suarez continues knocking the cover off the ball, and has managed to hit safely in all but two games so far this season. He's tallied five multi-hit efforts as well, and leads the Reds in homers with four. He's also impressively kept his strikeouts in check, fanning only seven times in his first 43 at-bats. With multi-tool talent, Suarez looks more and more like a young cornerstone that's set to pay off handsome fantasy dividends.

Donaldson was 2-for-4 with a triple and run scored in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Red Sox.

The reigning AL MVP got to former teammate David Price early, blasting a triple into left-center field in the first inning. Donaldson was subsequently plated by Jose Bautista's RBI double, and the Jays' third baseman added a single later in the game to make it his fourth multi-hit outing of the season. He's also posted extra-base hits in three of his last four games, and looks to have picked up exactly where he left off in his spectacular 2015 campaign.

Plouffe went 3-for-4 with a double, homer and two RBI in Saturday's 6-4 victory over the Angels.

The veteran third baseman posted his second consecutive multi-hit game, and has hit safely in four of his last five contests. The homer was his first since back on Apr. 6 versus the Orioles, but Plouffe now has four RBI over his last three games. Like many of his teammates, he's had his share of struggles at the plate so far in the new season, and is now slashing a .256/.275/.487 line through the first 11 games.

Moustakas (hamstring) will return to the lineup in Saturday's matchup with the Athletics.

Moustakas got the night off Friday to rest a sore hamstring, but he feels well enough to return. He will bat second in the order Saturday.

LeMahieu is out of Saturday's lineup against the Cubs, MLB.com's Thomas Harding reports.

Cristhian Adames will get the start at the keystone and hit leadoff Saturday, making him an intriguing cheap option in daily leagues. It's simply a day off for LeMahieu, and he should be back in the lineup Sunday.

Escobar is not in the lineup Saturday against the Angels, Phil Miller of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

It looks like a routine day off for Escobar, who has been the regular starter at shortstop. The Twins will instead go with Eduardo Nunez, who will lead off Saturday.
