Austin Riley 3B | ATL
Braves' Austin Riley: Doubles among trio of hits
Riley went 3-for-4 with a double in Tuesday's 4-0 loss to the Angels.
The three-hit effort was Riley's fifth of the campaign and his first since June 9. The 28-year-old third baseman is batting a strong .286 over his last 98 at-bats, but he has only two home runs and nine RBI during this 24-game period. It's possible Riley will move down the batting order from fourth to fifth once Jurickson Profar (suspension) gets back into the fold, although the latter's return should only aid the former's fantasy upside.

Luis Rengifo 2B | MIL
Angels' Luis Rengifo: Hot streak continues in victory
Rengifo went 2-for-4 with an RBI in Tuesday's 4-0 win over Atlanta.
Rengifo ran his hitting streak up to five games, and he's logged multiple knocks four times during this span. The switch-hitting utility man has been heating up at the dish, slashing .313/.378/.507 with six extra-base hits and eight RBI to go with 10 runs scored and one stolen base over his last 74 plate appearances. Rengifo should continue to play nearly every day despite the recent arrival of second baseman Christian Moore, although the former could be challenged for action at third base once Yoan Moncada (knee) is back in the mix.

Jordan Westburg 2B | BAL
Orioles' Jordan Westburg: Absence continuing Tuesday
Westburg (finger) is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Rangers, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.
The 26-year-old is sitting for a fourth consecutive game Tuesday due to the injury to his left index finger. Westburg said Monday that he expects it to linger for a while but he is hoping to be recovered enough to rejoin Baltimore's lineup within the next couple days. Ramon Urias will receive another start at the hot corner for the Orioles on Tuesday.

Josh Jung 3B | TEX
Rangers' Josh Jung: Taking seat Tuesday
Jung isn't in the Rangers' lineup Tuesday versus the Orioles.
Jung is getting the day off Tuesday amidst his slump, as he slashed .158/.208/.221 in the month of June. The third baseman is now batting .237 entering July, but he was hovering around .280 prior to June. While the 27-year-old is on the bench Tuesday, Ezequiel Duran gets the start at the hot corner, batting eighth.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Battling sprained finger
Arenado was diagnosed with a right index finger sprain Tuesday, Katie Woo of The Athletic reports.
Arenado initially injured himself Sunday and worked as the DH on Monday, but he will be held out of the starting nine entirely Tuesday while Nolan Gorman starts at the hot corner. X-rays on Arenado's finger came back negative, so he's being considered day-to-day for now.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Out of St. Louis lineup
Arenado is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game in Pittsburgh.
Arenado was lifted from Sunday's game in Cleveland with a jammed right index finger and was used at designated hitter Monday. It's not clear whether his absence from Tuesday's lineup is related to that injury or is simply a day of rest. Nolan Gorman will be at third base and bat fifth for the Cardinals.

Paul DeJong SS | NYY
Nationals' Paul DeJong: Reinstated from injured list
The Nationals activated DeJong (orbital) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
DeJong has been sidelined since mid-April due to a fractured nose and orbital bone, but he is ready to go following a 12-game rehab stint with Double-A Harrisburg. The 31-year-old had been serving as the Nationals' primary third baseman prior to getting hurt, but with Brady House now holding down that job, DeJong is likely to serve as a reserve infielder.

Ronny Mauricio 2B | NYM
Mets' Ronny Mauricio: Out of Tuesday's lineup
Mauricio is absent from the lineup for Tuesday's game versus the Brewers.
Mauricio has now started two of four games since Mark Vientos returned from the 10-day injured list, and he could continue to struggle to find consistent playing time. Brett Baty is at second base and batting ninth for the Mets in Tuesday's series opener.

Nicky Lopez 3B | COL
Nicky Lopez: Opts out of minor-league contract
The Diamondbacks released Lopez on Tuesday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Lopez had the ability to trigger an opt-out clause in his minor-league contract on July 1, and he's done just that. The utility infielder slashed .267/.303/.317 in 24 games with Triple-A Reno and has gone 1-for-24 at the plate during stints this season between the Angels and Cubs.

Royce Lewis 3B | MIN
Twins' Royce Lewis: Makes return from IL
The Twins reinstated Lewis (hamstring) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.
Lewis will rejoin Minnesota after he missed just over two weeks with a left hamstring strain, the latest in a long line of soft-tissue injuries for the 26-year-old in recent seasons. He was activated after going 0-for-8 with two strikeouts while making two starts at designated hitter and one at third base during a three-game rehab assignment at Triple-A St. Paul. Though the Twins haven't clarified their plans for Lewis upon his return from the IL, he'll presumably have his workload managed initially and may end up seeing a larger share of his starts at DH in an effort to keep him healthy. While Lewis has been productive when available in past seasons despite missing considerable time with injuries, he's struggled to get going offensively thus far in 2025, slashing just .202/.282/.303 with two home runs and nine RBI over 110 plate appearances.
