Nick Senzel 3B | LAD
Reds' Nick Senzel: Gets day off
Senzel is not in the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Brewers.
Senzel sits for just the fourth time since making his MLB debut two months ago. He's largely been as advertised so far, contributing across the board with a .268/.329/.468 slash line in 51 games, adding eight homers and eight steals. Jesse Winker slides to center field in his absence, with Derek Dietrich starting in left.

Carter Kieboom 3B | CLE
Nationals' Carter Kieboom: Seeing time at third base
Kieboom went 3-for-5 with a home run, three runs scored and two RBI for Triple-A Fresno on Tuesday.
A big offensive performance from the Nats' No. 1 fantasy prospect is old hat at this point -- he's slashing .321/.431/.595 through 65 games for Fresno -- but what was noteworthy Tuesday was his spot on the diamond. Kieboom played third base for the third time this season, and while adding the hot corner to his defensive profile probably won't help get him to the majors any quicker in 2019, he could be Plan B for next season if the club can't re-sign pending free agent Anthony Rendon.

Evan Longoria 3B | ARI
Giants' Evan Longoria: Goes yard twice in San Diego
Longoria went 4-for-5 with a double, two home runs, three runs scored and five RBI in Tuesday's 10-4 win over the Padres.
The veteran third baseman is suddenly red hot, going 7-for-13 over his last three games with two doubles, three homers, eight runs and eight RBI. Longoria's .237/.314/.424 slash line on the season remains poor, but Tuesday's eruption gives him 10 home runs on the year -- the 12th straight season in which he's reached double digits.

Ryan McMahon 3B | NYY
Rockies' Ryan McMahon: On base four times in loss
McMahon went 3-for-4 with a walk, an RBI and a stolen base in Tuesday's 9-8 loss to the Astros.
After posting a lackluster .244/.299/.333 slash line in June, McMahon came through with a big night to begin July. The 24-year-old continues to maintain a shaky grip on the starting second base spot for the Rockies, and more performances like this would go a long way toward improving his job security in the second half.
-
Eugenio Suarez 3B | CIN
Reds' Eugenio Suarez: Stays hot
Suarez went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Brewers.
Suarez took Chase Anderson deep in the first inning to record his 20th homer of the season. He's now homered in three consecutive games, also driving in nine in that span. While he had a slow month of June by going yard only twice, Suarez appears to be back in a groove at the dish heading into the All-Star break.

Mike Moustakas 3B | CHW
Brewers' Mike Moustakas: Mashes 24th home
Moustakas went 1-for-5 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Reds.
Moustakas took Tanner Roark deep in the sixth inning to record his 24th home run of the season. With three homers in his last 11 games, Moustakas has shown no signs of slowing down at the plate. He's pacing toward surpassing his previous career-best 38 long balls, and also has maintained a .569 slugging percentage across 338 plate appearances.

J.D. Davis 1B | LAA
Mets' J.D. Davis: Delivers ninth homer
Davis went 2-for-4 with a double, a solo home run and two RBI on Tuesday against the Yankees.
Davis drew the start in left field with southpaw James Paxton on the mound and he delivered his ninth home run of the season in the sixth inning. He played a vital role in the Mets' victory, also doubling in the tying run in the eighth frame. Despite a solid .283/.346/.475 line across 217 plate appearances, Davis has started only twice since June 24.
-
Brian Anderson RF | ATL
Marlins' Brian Anderson: Suffers elbow contusion
Anderson was pulled from Tuesday's game at Washington due to a right elbow contusion.
Anderson appeared to sustain the injury when he collided with the wall in right-center field on Juan Soto's first-inning homer. For now the 26-year-old should be considered day-to-day.
-
Manny Machado 3B | SD
Padres' Manny Machado: Serving one-game ban
Machado will not take part in Tuesday's game against the Giants as he'll be serving a one-game suspension for an incident with an umpire back in mid-June, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Machado was ejected for arguing balls and strikes back on June 16 and was hit with a one-game ban. He appealed the suspension at the time, but the punishment was eventually upheld. Greg Garcia will likely fill in at third base in Machado's absence.

Brett Baty RF | NYM
Mets' Brett Baty: Quick start to pro career
Baty went 1-for-5 with a grand slam for the GCL Mets on Monday.
The 12th overall pick in this year's draft has gotten his professional career off to a flying start, hitting safely in his first five games -- and while Monday's homer was his first, he's also ripped three doubles among his seven hits. Baty's 5:6 BB:K is also strong, and the 19-year-old may not be long for the Gulf Coast League, with a promotion to a more advanced rookie league or even short-season Low-A likely in his immediate future if he keeps raking.
