Kyle Farmer 3B | ATL
Reds' Kyle Farmer: Out Sunday with hand injury
Farmer (hand) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against Atlanta.
Matt Reynolds will step in at shortstop in place of Farmer, who exited Saturday's 4-1 loss with a hand injury. Fortunately for Farmer, X-rays on his hand returned negative, so he'll be viewed as day-to-day heading into Monday's series opener with the Mets and is hopeful to avoid a stint on the injured list.

Ke'Bryan Hayes 3B | CIN
Pirates' Ke'Bryan Hayes: Swipes ninth bag
Hayes went 1-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and a run scored Saturday against the Brewers.
Hayes was the catalyst for a three-run rally in the fifth inning. He drew a one-out walk, stole second base and then came around to score on a single by Daniel Vogelbach. Hayes hasn't delivered much power across the first half of the season, though he has chipped in nine stolen bases on 12 attempts while also racking up 35 runs scored across 70 games.

Nolan Arenado 3B | ARI
Cardinals' Nolan Arenado: Homers twice in win
Arenado went 2-for-4 with two homers, three RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Phillies.
Arenado hit a two-run home run that scored Paul Goldschmidt in the first inning, then launched a go-ahead solo shot in the ninth that turned out to be the game-winner. The two-homer performance took his season total up to 17. The third baseman has six hits in his last twelve at-bats, taking his batting average from .278 up to .291 in the process.

Ryan McMahon 3B | NYY
Rockies' Ryan McMahon: Registers first steal of season
McMahon went 2-for-3 with a walk, a stolen base and two runs scored in Saturday's 11-7 win over the Diamondbacks.
The third time was the charm for McMahon, as he had been caught stealing on his two previous attempts this year before swiping second in the sixth inning of this contest. This was also his first multi-hit effort since June 23 -- he went 2-for-22 in his previous seven games. The infielder is slashing .240/.333/.382 with seven homers, 38 RBI, 32 runs scored, 13 doubles and two triples through 306 plate appearances.

Austin Riley 3B | ATL
Braves' Austin Riley: Reaches 20 homers
Riley went 2-for-4 with a walk, a double, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in Saturday's win over the Reds.
Dansby Swanson has received a lot of attention in recent weeks, and deservedly so, but Riley has also played a big part in Atlanta's surge with his steady bat. Riley now has seven hits in his last three games -- including two home runs -- and is slashing .263/.334/.527 for the season. His 38 extra-base hits are tied for third in the National League.

Patrick Wisdom 3B | SEA
Cubs' Patrick Wisdom: Records steal in win
Wisdom went 2-for-4 with an RBI, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Red Sox.
Wisdom has four steals this season, and half of them have come in the last three games. He scored the opening run in the second inning Saturday and knocked in the Cubs' third and final run in the eighth for an all-around productive showing. The 30-year-old is up to a .233/.319/.470 slash line with 16 home runs, 44 RBI and 42 runs scored through 301 plate appearances. Wisdom has a 34.6 percent strikeout rate this year, though he's partially offset it with a 10.0 percent walk rate that's allowed him to get on base steadily.

Kyle Farmer 3B | ATL
Reds' Kyle Farmer: X-rays negative
X-rays on Farmer's hand were negative after he was forced to leave Saturday's game, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.
Farmer said he initially thought he broke his hand when he was plunked by a Spencer Strider pitch in the fifth inning. It sounds like everything is structurally sound, though Farmer admitted he could miss a game or two. The shortstop is not a fantasy superstar, but he has a respectable .280/.345/.411 line with five homers and four steals this season.

Kyle Farmer 3B | ATL
Reds' Kyle Farmer: Departs following HBP
Farmer was removed from Saturday's game against Atlanta in the bottom of the fifth inning after he was hit by a pitch on his hand, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Farmer drew a walk during his first plate appearance Saturday and was immediately removed from the game after being hit by a pitch in the bottom of the fifth inning. Matt Reynolds entered the game as a pinch runner and should see additional looks at shortstop if Farmer is forced to miss additional time.

Nick Madrigal 2B | LAA
Cubs' Nick Madrigal: Runs bases Saturday
Madrigal (groin) participated in baserunning drills Saturday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
Madrigal hit in live batting practice Tuesday and took another step in his recovery by running the bases ahead of Saturday's game against the Red Sox. Although he's made good progress this week, it's not yet clear when he'll be able to return to game action.

Jason Vosler 3B | SEA
Giants' Jason Vosler: Added to Saturday's lineup
Vosler was added to the lineup for Saturday's game against the White Sox, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
The 28-year-old will join Saturday's lineup on short notice after Thairo Estrada (illness) was a late scratch. Vosler went 0-for-4 with a strikeout during Friday's loss to the White Sox.
