Astros' Carlos Correa: Sitting out season finale
Correa is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.
With Houston having been officially eliminated from playoff contention following Saturday's action, Correa and other key regulars will sit for the season finale. Ramon Urias will step in at third base in place of Correa, who rebounded with a .290/.355/.430 slash line, six home runs, 21 RBI and 23 runs in 51 games with the Astros after being acquired from the Twins on July 31.

Red Sox's Alex Bregman: Resting for second straight day
Bregman is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Tigers.
Bregman will rest up for the second day in a row while the Red Sox prepare for a wild-card matchup against a yet-to-be-determined opponent. Nick Sogard will draw the start at third base in place of Bregman, who looks set to finish his 10th regular season in the majors with a .273/.360/.462 slash line, 18 home runs, one stolen base, 64 runs and 62 RBI in 114 games.

Mariners' Miles Mastrobuoni: Recalled, starting in finale
The Mariners recalled Mastrobuoni from Triple-A Tacoma on Sunday. He'll start at first base and bat ninth in the team's regular-season finale versus the Dodgers.
He'll see his first MLB action since Aug. 7 as the Mariners give Josh Naylor (groin) a breather. Mastrobuoni has a .612 OPS in the majors this season but put up a .296/.415/.417 slash line with one homer and nine steals in 31 games with Tacoma.

Yankees' Ryan McMahon: Slugs homer No. 20
McMahon went 2-for-3 wit ha solo home run and a second run scored in Saturday's 6-1 win over the Orioles.
The third baseman took Tomoyuki Sugano deep in the second inning, one of three early homers by the Yankees as they take the battle for the AL East title with the Blue Jays right down to the wire. McMahon's long ball was just his fourth in 53 games in pinstripes but his 20th of the season, the fifth straight season he's reached that milestone and the sixth time overall in his career.

Harris isn't in the lineup for Saturday's game against the Royals.
After having his four-game hitting streak snapped Friday, Harris will retreat to the dugout to begin the Athletics' penultimate regular-season contest. Darell Hernaiz will slide over to third base as a result, clearing second for Max Schuemann.

Blue Jays' Ernie Clement: Contributes four runs in win
Clement went 2-for-3 with a two-run double, two runs scored and a steal during the Blue Jays' 5-1 win over the Rays on Saturday.
Clement got the Blue Jays on the board early with a two-run double off Joe Boyle in the second inning before crossing home plate one batter later. Clement got on base for a second time in the fifth, and after successfully stealing second base, he was brought home on a Nathan Lukes single to give Toronto a 4-0 lead. Since Sept. 1, Clement has slashed .286/.321/.416 with two steals, 14 runs, 10 doubles and nine RBI across 82 plate appearances.

Moncada is not in the starting lineup for Saturday's matchup with Houston.
Moncada will take a seat for the second day in a row as he's in the midst of a 2-for-21 stretch at the plate. Luis Rengifo will draw the start at third base and bat leadoff against the Astros.

Orioles' Jordan Westburg: Clubs 16th long ball
Westburg went 3-for-5 with a three-run homer in Friday's 8-4 loss to the Yankees.
The Baltimore third baseman tallied his first homer since returning from an ankle injury Sept. 16 with a three-run shot off New York starter Will Warren in the third. This marks the 10th time Westburg has notched three or more hits in a game this season. Overall, the 26-year-old is now slashing .266/.314/.453 with 58 runs scored and 40 RBI over 344 plate appearances.

Rays' Junior Caminero: Slugs 45th homer
Caminero went 2-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 4-2 loss to the Blue Jays.
The 22-year-old became the second player in franchise history to reach the 45-homer plateau, with the only other occurrence happening in 2007 when Carlos Pena cracked 46 long balls. Caminero launched a solo shot off Toronto starter Shane Bieber in the second to tie the game at 1-1. The Tampa Bay third baseman has been a steady source of power all season and is now slashing .262/.307/.536 with 110 RBI and 93 runs scored through 644 plate appearances.
