  • Blue Jays' Santiago Espinal: Available off bench

Espinal (wrist) was available off the bench for the Blue Jays during Monday's win over the White Sox, MLB.com reports.

Espinal had to exit Saturday's game versus the Yankees after being hit on the right wrist by a pitch, but tests came back negative and he's been cleared to play. The infielder is off to a 4-for-35 start at the plate this season.

  • Josh Rojas 3B | CHW

Diamondbacks' Josh Rojas: Gets night off

Rojas did not start or play in Monday's 5-4 win over Kansas City.

Rojas was given a rest day after starting 15 consecutive games. Geraldo Perdomo took his spot atop the order, while Evan Longoria slotted in at the hot corner.

  • Angels' Brandon Drury: Knocks two home runs

Drury went 3-for-4 with two homers, four RBI, three runs scored and a walk in Monday's loss to Oakland.

Drury belted a solo shot in the second inning followed by a two-run homer in the 10th. He also added an RBI single in the seventh. The big breakout was a long time coming for Drury, who was sporting an atrocious .477 OPS entering Monday's game. He's now slashing .211/.247/.380 with six extra-base hits and nine RBI. This was Drury's first game with multiple extra-base hits all season.

  • Jorge Polanco 1B | NYM

Twins' Jorge Polanco: Drives in three runs

Polanco went 2-for-5 with a double and three RBI during Monday's win against the Yankees.

Polanco opened the scoring with a two-run single in the third inning and added an insurance run with an RBI double in the sixth. The veteran infielder has looked great since returning from his season-opening stint on the injured list. He's gone 7-for-18 (.389) with two extra-base hits and five RBI through four games.

  • Brett Wisely 2B | ATL

Giants' Brett Wisely: Optioned to Triple-A

Wisely was optioned to Triple-A Sacramento by the Giants on Monday, Danny Emerman of KNBR 680 San Francisco reports.

Wisely went 1-for-14 at the dish during his first stint in the big leagues. He's clearing out to make room for Mitch Haniger's return.

  • Nicky Lopez 3B | CHC

Royals' Nicky Lopez: Sitting against southpaw

Lopez is out of the lineup for Monday's game against the Diamondbacks.

Lopez will take a seat against southpaw Tommy Henry for the first game of the series against Arizona. Michael Massey will get the start at second base while hitting sixth in his absence.

  • Luis Arraez 2B | SF

Marlins' Luis Arraez: Dealing with bruised knee

Arraez is not in the Marlins' lineup Monday against Atlanta due to a left knee bruise, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.

Now it makes sense that Arraez is on the bench for the second day in a row. The injury looks to be a day-to-day situation. Jon Berti is at second base in Arraez's place Monday, with Garrett Hampson covering shortstop.

  • Luis Arraez 2B | SF

Marlins' Luis Arraez: Out of lineup again

Arraez is out of the lineup for Monday's game against Atlanta, Isaac Azout of SBNation.com reports.

Arraez played both legs of a doubleheader Saturday in Cleveland but will now receive his second day off in a row. The Marlins haven't suggested that Arraez is dealing with an injury, so he may just be receiving some extra rest after taking on a heavy workload the first few weeks of the season. Jon Berti will fill for Arraez at the keystone Monday.

  • Alan Trejo SS | COL

Rockies' Alan Trejo: Becoming regular in infield

Trejo will start at second base and bat seventh in Monday's game in Cleveland, Suzie Hunter of TheDNVR.com reports.

With the Rockies phasing the slumping Elehuris Montero out of a regular role of late before optioning him to Triple-A Albuquerque on Monday, Trejo looks to be the main beneficiary from a playing-time perspective. Ryan McMahon has shifted over from second base to serve as the replacement for Montero at third base, leaving the keystone open for Trejo. The 26-year-old will collect his sixth start in seven games Monday, but with a .237 average to go with no home runs or steals in 40 plate appearances on the season, Trejo has offered little to get excited about for fantasy purposes.

  • Jorge Polanco 1B | NYM

Twins' Jorge Polanco: Moves up to three spot

Polanco will bat third and start at second base in Monday's game versus the Yankees.

Polanco batted fifth twice and sixth once over the weekend against the Nationals in his return to action, but he's earned a move up in the batting order after tallying three hits -- including a home run -- Sunday. The veteran second baseman got a late start to the season due to a nagging knee issue.
