Albies went 2-for-5 with a walk, a double, a home run, three RBI and a second run scored in Friday's 20-1 rout of the Pirates.

He golfed a pitch down around his ankles over the fence in the fifth inning off Tyler Anderson, one of seven homers on the night for Atlanta. Albies had gone 0-for-16 in his prior four games before busting out Friday, and he's hitting only .224 on the season with seven homers, two steals, 21 RBI and 24 runs through 43 contests.

Torres went 2-for-4 with a home run and a walk-off RBI single Friday against the White Sox.

He also had a pair of strikeouts, but overall he played the offensive hero in this 2-1 win. Torres is hitting .316 with two home runs and two steals over his last 15 games.

Gonzales suffered a fractured pinky finger during a collision at first base, which is why he was placed on the 7-day injured list at High-A Greensboro on Friday, Jason Mackey of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports. He is expected to return to baseball activities in 4-to-6 weeks.

As far as injuries go, this one should be pretty minor, particularly regarding Gonzales' long-term development. The No. 7 overall pick in the 2020 draft was hitting .294/.368/.549 with two home runs, two steals and a 16:5 K:BB in 57 plate appearances.

Trejo dislocated his finger while playing for Triple-A Albuquerque on Thursday and will miss the next several weeks, Nick Groke of The Athletic reports.

Trejo spent most of the year on the big-league roster but struggled to a .538 OPS in 41 plate appearances. He played just a single Triple-A game before suffering the injury, which will keep him from returning to the active roster for quite some time.

Haggerty is not in Friday's lineup against the Padres.

He is hitting .138 with zero home runs, one steal and a 30.3 percent strikeout rate in 13 games this month. Donovan Walton will start at second base and hit eighth.

Urias is expected to fill a utility role going forward after the Brewers acquired Willy Adames in a trade with the Rays on Friday, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

Urias has been a regular starter at shortstop this season but has once again failed to make an impression at the plate. The infielder is just 23 years old and had a fair amount of prospect pedigree, but he's yet to produce an OPS of even .700 in any of his four big-league seasons thus far. His .676 mark this season actually represents a career high but is far from good enough to justify everyday at-bats.

Hernandez is not in Friday's lineup against the Phillies, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

J.D. Martinez gets the start in left field in the National League park, pushing Alex Verdugo to center field. Hernandez is hitting .385 with two home runs during his current seven-game hitting streak.

Arroyo (hand) reported to Triple-A Worcester to start a rehab assignment Friday, Bill Koch of The Providence Journal reports.

The 25-year-old will serve as the designated hitter in his first rehab game and figures to move to the field later in the weekend. Arroyo landed on the injured list May 9 with a bruised left hand, and he's already eligible to be activated.

Drury's contract was selected by the Mets on Friday.

Drury hasn't done much in recent seasons, hitting just .205/.254/.346 in 167 games. He could see a fair number of at-bats in the near future, however, due to the Mets' extensive injury crisis. He'll head straight into the lineup Friday against the Marlins, batting seventh and playing first base in place of Pete Alonso, who hit the injured list with sprained hand in a corresponding move.

Biggio, who is not in Friday's lineup against the Rays, is dealing with a sore neck and could require a stint on the injured list, Hazel Mae of Sportsnet reports.

When manager Charlie Montoyo was asked if Biggio would go on the IL, he said, "We'll see how it goes. Right now he's day-to-day." Apparently Biggio has been dealing with the neck soreness all season and is having trouble swinging the bat. He is hitting .206 with three home runs and two steals.
