Polanco went 1-for-4 with a stolen base and a run in Saturday's 6-1 loss to Toronto.

The infielder singled, stole third and scored on a sacrifice fly by Mitch Garver in the first inning, but that was the extent of Minnesota's run production. Polanco is in a bit of a skid to end the season, going just 3-for-26 across his last seven games. He's still put together a strong .271/.325/.505 slash line with career highs in home runs (31) and RBI (91) while adding 93 runs scored and 10 stolen bases through 146 contests.

Semien went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Saturday's 6-1 win over Minnesota.

The 31-year-old's 43rd homer of the year tied him with Davey Johnson for the most in a single season by a second baseman. Semien's power surge has seen him swat 11 long balls in 24 September games. He's added a .271/.341/.548 slash line with 99 RBI, 111 runs scored and 15 stolen bases across 692 plate appearances in arguably the best year of his career.

Marte went 3-for-5 with a solo home run and an additional run scored in a 7-2 win over the Dodgers on Saturday.

Marte led off the bottom of the first with his 13th long ball of the season, singled in the third and singled and scored in the fifth for his second three-hit game this week. A recent 9-for-20 stretch has contributed to an excellent .297/.398/.541 slash line in 19 September games for the 27-year-old.

Lowe went 4-for-5 with a single, three doubles and two RBI in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Marlins.

Lowe recorded the first four-hit game of his career Saturday. For a player who has thrown any consideration of hitting for average out the window in 2021, it seems almost out of character for Lowe to hang a crooked number in the hit column. He'll look to build on this effort as the Rays eye up another long postseason run.

Lopez went 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base in Saturday's 5-1 loss to Detroit.

Lopez singled and swiped second in the sixth inning -- his 21st stolen base of the year -- then added a double in the eighth. It was the fourth multi-hit game in the last seven contests for Lopez, who has emerged as a viable fantasy asset in 2021, hitting .303 with a .367 on-base percentage to go with his perfect 21-for-21 performance on the basepaths.

Andrus will undergo X-rays after feeling a pop in his left ankle during Saturday's win against the Astros, Martin Gallegos of MLB.com reports.

Andrus suffered the injury while scoring the game-winning run as the A's walked off the Astros in the ninth inning. The veteran shortstop should be considered day-to-day until the results of the X-rays are known, though he at least seems unlikely to be in the lineup for Sunday's series finale.

Arraez is not in Saturday's lineup against the Blue Jays.

He is hitting .203/.273/.275 with zero home runs and zero steals in 69 at-bats this month. Josh Donaldson will start at third base while Mitch Garver starts at designated hitter.

Ibanez will sit Saturday against the Orioles.

Ibanez hits the bench after starting seven straight games. He recorded seven hits in the first four games of that stretch before going hitless in his last three, bringing his season slash line down to .261/.309/.403.

Chavis (elbow) is expected to be activated for Tuesday's game against the Cubs, Alex Stumpf of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.

The Pirates will finish up a road trip Monday, and Chavis will be ready to rejoin the team when it returns home for a three-game series against Chicago that begins Tuesday. He had been playing regularly for six games in late August before suffering the injury. Chavis hit .364 with one home run and four strikeouts in 22 at-bats over that stretch. Kevin Newman has been seeing most of the starts at the keystone recently, and it's unclear how the playing time will be split over the final six games of the season once Chavis is activated.

Kemp is not in Saturday's lineup against the Astros.

He'll head to the bench with lefty Framber Valdez on the hill for Houston. Chad Pinder will start in right field while Mark Canha starts in left.
