Mets C Travis d'Arnaud, 2B Dilson Herrera to return Wednesday
Catcher Travis d'Arnaud and second baseman Dilson Herrera are destined to return to the Mets on Wednesday barring a setback Monday in their rehab games with Triple-A Las Vegas, per the New York Post.
d'Arnaud has been sidelined since April 19 with hand and wrist injuries. Herrera has been down for three weeks with a finger issue.

Second baseman Danny Espinosa was held out of the Nationals' lineup on Sunday, after starting eight of the last nine games.
Espinosa is replaced by Anthony Rendon, who starts his second game at second base, both coming in the last four outings.
Rendon will bat cleanup.

Dodgers second baseman Enrique Hernandez went 2 for 3 in his team's 2-0 win over the Cardinals on Saturday.
Hernandez improved his batting average to .295 with two home runs and five RBI in 61 at-bats this season.

Mets' d'Arnaud, Herrera play full rehab games Saturday
Injured Mets Travis d'Arnaud and Dilson Herrera played full games at Class A St. Lucie on Saturday, taking another step in their rehab, per ESPN.com.
d'Arnaud was 3-for-4 with an RBI as the catcher attempts to recover from a pinky injury and bone bruise. He caught the entire contest.
Herrera has been on the disabled list since mid-May while recovering from a broken right middle finger. He was 1-for-4 on the night and also played the entire game at second base.
Both players are expected to move their rehab assignments to Triple-A Las Vegas and could be activated as early as Tuesday, according to ESPN.com.

Nationals 2B Danny Espinosa belts seventh home run on Friday
Nationals infielder Danny Espinosa had a big night in the 7-5 win over the Cubs on Friday. Espinosa, starting at second base for the injured Yunel Escobar, went 2 for 4 with three RBI and two runs scored. Espinosa launched his seventh home run of the season, a key three-run shot in the second inning.
Espinosa also doubled in the game and has seven hits over his last 26 at-bats.

Mets' Dilson Herrera doubles in Class A rehab debut
Mets second baseman Dilson Herrera went 1 for 3 with a double in his rehab debut with Class A St. Lucie on Thursday. Both Herrera and catcher Travis d'Arnaud were replaced in the field after their third at-bats, with both having played five innings on defense.
Herrera has been on the disabled list since mid-May while recovering from a broken right middle finger. He's 8 for 34 with one home run and three RBI in 10 appearances with the Mets.

Mets' d'Arnaud, Herrera scheduled for Class A rehab game
Mets catcher Travis d'Arnaud and second baseman Dilson Herrera have been slated for Class A games with St. Lucie, according to ESPN New York.
Herrera was placed on the disabled list on with an injury to his middle finger. D'Arnaud was moved to the DL after suffering an injury to his pinky, though he then experienced a setback by suffering a bone bruise to his hand.
The two teammates are scheduled to play together on Thursday.

Dodgers INF/OF Enrique Hernandez belts home run on Tuesday
Starting at second base for the Dodgers' second game of Tuesday's doubleheader with the Rockies, Enrique Hernandez had two hits including his second home run of the season. The solo shot came with one out in the top of the first inning to give the Dodgers the early lead. They would need it, as they wound up winning by a score of 9-8.
Hernandez also started the first game and managed one hit in three at-bats. The 23-year-old utility player has now started each of the last three games as manager Don Mattingly tries to get him into the lineup as best as possible.
In those three contests, while playing left field, shortstop and second base, Hernandez has four hits in 11 at-bats

Dodgers shortstop Jimmy Rollins sits for Game 1 of doubleheader
Dodgers shortstop Jimmy Rollins is not in the lineup for the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Rockies. Rollins had started each of the last 10 games for Los Angeles, hitting .250 (10 for 40) with a pair of home runs in that span.
Rollins will be replaced by Enrique Hernandez, who starts at shortstop and bats seventh in Game 1. With no injury being reported, Rollins is likely just getting rest and should be back in there for the second game on Tuesday.
