Nicky Lopez 3B | CHC
Royals' Nicky Lopez: Drives in four
Lopez went 2-for-5 with a double, four RBI and a run scored in Sunday's win over the Dodgers.
Lopez tied his career-high with four RBI after he had a two-run double in the fourth followed by run scoring single and fielder's choice. Though he's only had 144 plate appearances this year, Lopez currently leads the Royals in on-base percentage (.355) and sports a career-best 14 percent walk rate. He's primarily only in the lineup against righties and is now up to a slash line of .222/.355/.308 with seven extra-base hits, 11 RBI, 14 runs and a 19:26 BB:K.

Jose Altuve 2B | HOU
Astros' Jose Altuve: Goes yard again
Altuve went 2-for-5 with a solo home run in Sunday's 5-3 win over the Rangers.
Altuve gave the Astros some extra breathing room with his ninth-inning homer. The second baseman has gotten his bat going lately, hitting .375 (9-for-24) with three homers and eight RBI over his last six games. For the season, he's slashing .271/.370/.492 with six homers, 18 RBI, 24 runs scored and five stolen bases through 31 contests while holding down the leadoff spot when healthy.

Mark Mathias 2B | CIN
Mariners' Mark Mathias: Lands in Seattle
The Mariners claimed Mathias off waivers from the Pirates on Sunday and optioned him to Triple-A Tacoma.
The 28-year-old will join the fifth organization of his career after prior stops with Cleveland, Milwaukee, Texas and Pittsburgh. Before being cast off the Bucs' 40-man roster, Mathias saw action in 22 games at the big-league level this season and slashed .231/.355/.269 across 62 plate appearances.

Zach Remillard 2B | CHW
White Sox's Zach Remillard: Playing ahead of Andrus
Remillard will start at second base and bat eighth in Sunday's game against Oakland.
Remillard will remain in the lineup for a fifth straight contest, with four of those starts coming at the keystone. Thanks to producing a .929 OPS over his first 42 plate appearances in the majors, Remillard appears to have supplanted Elvis Andrus as the White Sox's preferred option at second base.

Elvis Andrus 2B | ARI
White Sox's Elvis Andrus: Losing playing time
Andrus is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Athletics.
Andrus has a .544 OPS for the season and is 3-for-21 over his past eight games. The veteran infielder is on the bench for the fourth time in Chicago's past five contests as Zach Remillard appears to have taken hold of the starting job at second base.

Jordan Diaz 3B | ATH
Athletics' Jordan Diaz: Takes seat Sunday
Diaz is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the White Sox.
Diaz was recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas on Friday and went 2-for-6 with a walk while starting the past two games at designated hitter. Seth Brown is serving as the designated hitter Sunday while Conner Capel starts in the outfield.

Romy Gonzalez 2B | BOS
White Sox's Romy Gonzalez: Shifts to 60-day IL
The White Sox transferred Gonzalez (shoulder) from the 10-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Sunday.
Though Gonzalez was officially diagnosed with right shoulder inflammation upon landing on the 10-day IL on June 19, he'll wind up missing at least two months -- well beyond the timeline typically associated with the injury. With Gonzalez on the shelf until at least the second half of August, Zach Remillard may have some staying power on the White Sox's 26-man active roster as a utility infielder.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Angels' Brandon Drury: Moves to injured list
Drury was placed on the 10-day injured list Sunday with a left shoulder contusion.
Drury was on the bench Sunday for the third straight game with the shoulder bruise, so the Angels opted to move him to the IL. The 30-year-old won't be eligible to return until after the All-Star break July 14 against Houston, so he'll afforded a few extra days to recover without missing more games. Andrew Velazquez was recalled from Triple-A Salt Lake to provide infield depth.

Brandon Drury 2B | KC
Angels' Brandon Drury: Still sitting Sunday
Drury (shoulder) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Diamondbacks, J.P. Hoornstra of the Los Angeles Daily News reports.
The 30-year-old will sit for the third straight game after he suffered a shoulder injury Thursday against the White Sox. Drury remains on the lineup card for now, but a move to the IL could be on the horizon since infielder Andrew Velazquez has joined the club as a member of the taxi squad.

Andres Gimenez 2B | TOR
Guardians' Andres Gimenez: Solid in Saturday's win
Gimenez went 1-for-3 with one RBI, a walk, a stolen base and a run scored in Saturday's 6-0 win over the Cubs.
Gimenez has made a slight improvement lately, going 14-for-54 (.259) over his last 14 games to raise his season batting average to .243. He's added 10 RBI and two stolen bases in that span. The second baseman remains a near-everyday presence in the Guardians' lineup, though his .676 OPS is a steep decline from the .837 mark he posted last year. Gimenez has added nine steals, five home runs, 29 RBI and 34 runs this season.
