Mariners' Ty France: Exits with elbow contusion
France was lifted from Saturday's game versus the Mets with a right elbow contusion, Shannon Drayer of Seattle Sports 710 AM reports.
He was struck by a Grant Hartwig pitch in the sixth inning and immediately left the game. It's not clear at this point whether France has undergone X-rays, but more should be available on his status after the game. The first baseman went 1-for-2 with a single prior to the hit-by-pitch.

Athletics' Ryan Noda: Thrives as in-game replacement
Noda entered Friday's win over the Angels as a pinch hitter in the fourth inning and remained in the game at first base, going 2-for-3 with an RBI double and a run.
The 27-year-old lined out to center in his pinch-hit appearance, but he proceeded to deliver in his final at-bat of the night with an eighth-inning double that drove in Zack Gelof. He continues to swing the bat well in six games since he's been activated from the injured list, tallying seven hits across 24 at-bats with two homers, seven RBI and four runs scored. Elehuris Montero 1B | COL
Rockies' Elehuris Montero: Gets back into lineup
Montero went 2-for-4 with a home run, three RBI and two runs scored Friday against the Blue Jays.
Montero had been the odd man out in the competition with Hunter Goodman for playing time at first base, sitting out the prior five games. However, he got the start Friday and delivered a two-run homer in the third inning. Montero has displayed an all-or-nothing skillset, as he has three homers in his last 13 games but has struck out at a 32.6 percent clip as well.
