Hiura went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a victory over Atlanta on Sunday.

The heralded rookie drove a Mike Foltynewicz slider over the fence in left field in the fifth inning for the first homer of his career. Since being called up to Milwaukee on May 14, Hiura has started every game and has collected three multi-hit outings. His batting average sits at .250 for the season.

Diaz was diagnosed with a left hand contusion after leaving Sunday's contest early, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz was hit in the hand by Chance Adams in the seventh inning of Sunday's game and was removed. However, after X-rays came back negative, Diaz is considered day-to-day. The team has an off day Monday, so his next chance to return to action will be Tuesday against the Dodgers.

O'Hearn is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Angels.

The lefty-hitting O'Hearn will take a seat in the series finale with southpaw Tyler Skaggs on the hill for the Angels. Hunter Dozier will take O'Hearn's normal spot at first base, opening up a spot at the hot corner for Chris Owings.

Gurriel started at second base and went 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Red Sox.

A day after Aledmys Diaz (hamstring) was removed from a game, Gurriel slid over to second base. Diaz had been filling in for injured second baseman Jose Altuve (hamstring) but is looking at a few days of recovery. Tony Kemp replaced Diaz during Friday's game, but manager AJ Hinch told Chandler Rome of the Houston Chronicle that Gurriel will likely start at second base Sunday when the Red Sox have left-hander Chris Sale on the bump.

Bell went 3-for-4 with a walk, two home runs and four RBI in Saturday's 7-2 win over the Padres.

It's the third time in May that Bell has gone yard twice in a game. The 26-year-old now has a .333/.402/.704 slash line on the year with 14 homers and a big-league-leading 43 RBI through 43 games.

Cron went 3-for-6 with a pair of solo home runs and a two-run double in an 18-4 win over the Mariners on Saturday.

Cron hit homers off starter Wade LeBlanc in the second and third innings and then provided the rest of his offense in the fifth inning to extend the lead to 14-0 at the time. He started as the designated hitter with Nelson Cruz (wrist) out of action. Cron has gone 9-for-17 with three homers, six RBI and seven runs scored in his last four games, boosting his average from .237 to .270 during the run.

Freeman went 2-for-5 with a walkoff solo home run in a 4-3 extra-inning victory against the Brewers on Saturday.

Freeman led off the 10th inning with his third home run in as many games, this one giving the Braves the win. Freeman is hitting .338 (22-for-65) with five home runs in May. Overall, he's slashing .314/.406/.566 with 10 homers, 28 RBI and 33 runs in 202 plate appearances.

Olson is not in the lineup Saturday against the Tigers.

Olson sits for the first time since returning from the injured list May 7. He'll head to the bench in favor of Mark Canha with lefty Matthew Boyd on the hill for the Tigers, but it doesn't appear as though he's destined for a platoon role, as he started twice against lefties earlier in the week.

Rizzo (back) went 1-for-5 with a run scored in Friday's 14-6 win over the Nationals.

Rizzo had missed the previous four games with a tight back, so it was nice to see him get back into action. He occupied the No. 3 spot in the lineup Friday night and should remain a key cog in the Cubs' attack moving forward.

France went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in Friday's 5-3 loss to the Pirates.

France's blast came in the ninth inning, helping the Padres to recover half of their four-run deficit at the time, but it would be all the offense they could muster. France is hitting .208 with two homers and eight RBI in 19 games. The rookie infielder will need to improve at the dish if he is to remain in the majors when Fernando Tatis Jr. (hamstring) returns, which is not expected to be before May 22.
