Cron is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Giants, Danielle Allentuck of The Denver Gazette reports.

Josh Fuentes will take over at first base while Cron sits for the second time in less than a week. Following a productive spring training, Cron has struggled to get going at the plate, despite making six of his eight starts at Coors Field. Cron has recorded four hits -- two doubles and two singles -- while striking out 11 times in 27 at-bats.

White (quadriceps) will go through a pregame workout before the Mariners determine if he'll be available off the bench for Sunday's series finale in Minnesota, Shannon Drayer of 710 ESPN Seattle reports.

Jose Marmolejos is picking up a third straight start at first base in White's stead, but the Mariners remain hopeful that the latter can contribute as a pinch hitter. White's left quad still presented issues for him when he tested it prior to Saturday's game, so he may need to demonstrate some progress Sunday to improve his chances of avoiding a trip to the injured list.

White (quadriceps) is out of the lineup for Sunday's game against the Twins.

White's strained left quad will keep him on the bench for a third straight game, allowing Jose Marmolejos to pick up another start at first base. The Mariners are still treating White as day-to-day, but a trip to the IL will grow more likely if he remains on the bench for Monday's series opener in Baltimore.

Hiura is not in the lineup Sunday at St. Louis.

Hiura went 2-for-5 with a three-run homer -- his first of the season -- Saturday, but he'll head to the bench for the series finale. Daniel Vogelbach will start at first base and bat second Sunday for the Brewers.

Dalbec went 0-for-3 with a walk and an RBI in Saturday's 6-4 extra-inning win over the Orioles.

Dalbec's contact issues have been prevalent early in 2021, but he managed to plate a run with a ninth-inning force out. With one out and men at the corners, he hit a grounder to short and beat the double-play throw from second base, allowing Marwin Gonzalez to score from third and sending the game into extra frames. Dalbec is 2-for-21 with nine strikeouts and a contact rate hovering around 50 percent.

Cronenworth went 3-for-4 with a walk and scored a run in a victory over the Rangers on Saturday.

Cronenworth has already registered two three-hit performances through nine games, and he is slashing a superb .364/.462/.485 in the early going. The 27-year-old has yet to hit a home run or steal a base, but he appears in line for an everyday role at second base this season, and his bat-to-ball skills translate to a high batting-average floor.

Walker went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 8-3 win over the Reds.

Walker's sixth-inning sacrifice fly delivered the Diamondbacks' seventh run, and it was his third RBI over the first nine games. He's been slow out of the gate, going 4-for-32 in eight games before delivering his first multi-hit performance of the season Saturday. It looks like Walker is seeing the ball better, getting on base five times the last two games, including working three walks Friday.

Guerrero went 2-for-4 with two walks, a stolen base, three RBI and a run scored Saturday in a victory over the Angels.

Guerrero was one of a trio of Blue Jays hitters to drive in at least three runs in the blowout win. It was the second time in the last three days that the young star finished with three runs batted in, and his eight total RBI this season are tied with Randal Grichuk for the top mark on the club. Guerrero is off to a hot start to the campaign, slashing .379/.538/.621 with a pair of homers and an 8:6 BB:K.

Freeman went 1-for-4 with a three-run home run Saturday in a 5-4 victory over the Phillies.

Freeman turned a one-run deficit into a one-run lead in the first inning, drilling a 397-foot two-run homer to right field. He later produced the decisive run for the Braves with an RBI fielder's choice in the seventh frame. Though the reigning NL MVP is batting only .154 so far this season, he has racked up three home runs and six runs batted in. Nearly all of that production (two homers and five RBI) has come in his past two games.

Cabrera went 1-for-2 with two walks, a home run, two RBI and two runs scored in a win over the Reds on Saturday.

Cabrera entered this contest with just two hits in his last five games (15 at-bats), but he had been showing a good approach with five walks against only one strikeout in that stretch. He continued to show his patience Saturday, but Cabrera also saw one he liked from Jeff Hoffman and took the right-hander yard for his second homer of the young season. Cabrera has been the starter at third base in all but one of Arizona's games so far.
